Section Two: Reasons for choosing this research project
Reasons for choosing the project (e.g links to other subjects you are studying, personal interest, future
plans, knowledge/skills you want to improve, why the topic is important):
The current study is concentrating on the impact of COVID-19 pandemic on the education. The aim of this is
study to analyse the impact of COVID-19 pandemic on the students as well as on the education of the human
beings. This research is very beneficial for the students as well as for the individuals in order to analyse the
negative impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. Apart from this this report also going to focusing on the
development of the different kind of research skills like communication skills, time management skills,
decision-making skills data collection skills and variety of the other capabilities. Apart from this, this report
all this research will also going to help me to improve my skills energy my long-term goals so that I can
analyse the impact of COVID-19 and also understand the situations of the pandemic. Therefore, this report or
this research is very essential for me and every participant who are associated to this research. Furthermore,
this Investigation is also going to help me to enhance our shipping my skills which is associated to the
presentation skills, critical thinking and literature review.
Section Three: Literature sources searched
Use of key literature sources to support your research question, objective or hypothesis:
What is the significance of the education for the students?
According to the, “(Ma, and Deng, 2021)”, Education entails studying in order to have a deeper insight
and awareness of a number of areas that may be utilised in everyday life. Education isn't just about
memorising facts from books; it may also be gained through hands-on activities outside of the classroom. For
all of us, adequate and effective education is critical. It promotes quality learning throughout one's life for
individuals of all ages, castes, creeds, religions, and regions. It refers to the process of acquiring information,
values, skills, opinions, and ethical habits. Education gives us a sense of security in life that no one could ever
take away from us. It boost overall prospects of greater professional options and open new possibilities for
yourself by to be well and obtaining a college education. Whenever it comes to becoming self-sufficient, the
value of education is obvious (de Haas, Faber and Hamersma, 2020). When we are educated, something
which pertains to us and us alone, enabling us to depend on no one but ourselves. It might enable people to be
financially independent as well as make decisions.
What are the problems that are faced by the students because of COVID-19 pandemic restriction s in the
country?
According to the viewpoint of author, “(Fitzpatrick,Carson and Weisz, 2021)”,COVID-19 pandemic create
huge impact on the education and also create impact on the millions of children. There are millions of
children that are not capable to go to school because of emergencies and ongoing crisis. As because of
Page 2 of 15

COVID-19 pandemic public health as well as WHO closes the schools and this creates huge impact on the
education as well as mental health of the students. Education is something which is very essential right for the
children for the young girls as well as for the adults and it is must be a priority from the very beginning of any
kind of emergency responses.Because of COVID-19 restrictions it create impact on the education learning
process. The students are not capable to go to the school and take Physical classroom classes and throughout
this pandemic create impact on the future of the students because it affects the opportunities as well as career
growth of the students(Sattar, McInnes and McMurray, 2020).
What is the impact of COVID-19 on the education?
In viewpoint of As a result, “(Maldonado and De Witte, 2021)”, COVID-19-related school cancellations have
caused severe disruptions in schooling across Europe. According to emerging data from some of the region's
wealthiest countries, the epidemic is causing learning losses and increasing inequality. Ukrainian some less
lower-middle-income nations, that are likely to be impacted even harder, must create learning recovery
programmes, protect education resources, and plan for future crises by "building back stronger" to lessen and
counteract the long-term negative consequences (Ameis, Mulsant and Szatmari, 2020). 45 countries in
Europe and Central Asia stopped their schools at the height of the pandemic, affecting 185 million pupils.
Teachers and administrators were caught off guard by the suddenness of the issue and were obliged to
construct emergency remote learning systems fairly immediately.

Section Five: Research approach and methodologies
What type of research approach and methodologies are you likely to use and why? What your areas of
research will cover:
Research technique relates to the procedure of acquiring specified data in ability to accomplish research.
There seem to be numerous factors that help the researchers in conducting research and gathering data for the
approach. There are several types of steps that are separated into various types of investigation factors, as
listed below:
Research Philosophy: Research philosophy is a means of acquiring and evaluating relevant data from a
certain method in order to fulfil the aims of the research paradigm. It is used by analysts to develop
demonstrations and provide adequate rationale. There are two research approaches philosophies: positivism
and interpretive research.
Justification: The research described above will be carried out using the positivist research philosophy.
Research Approaches – Research approaches are the specific activities connected with implementing
various tools and procedures in order to better implement functions. This facilitates the completion of the
project and ensures that the program's requirements are met. Inductive and deductive methods are two distinct
approaches.
Justification: This research will going to considered deductive approach so that they can collect hypothesis
information and analyse the quantitative information which is required for this investigation in order to
achieve their targets
Research Choices – Research choice is the concept that help course assist the researcher to evaluate about the
utilisation of the information in an appropriate manner. There are generally three types of components that are
mono method, Mixed matter and multi- method. Apart from that there are two types of choices which are
used in the particular research and that is qualitative as well as quantitative
Justification: In this research the researcher will going to consider manometer so that they can conduct the
research in order to achieve their targets and use appropriate to statistical data.
Research Strategy – research strategy is the concept that helps the researcher to develop appropriate
framework so that they can collect the appropriate information and get more positive results. It indulges
different types of features Like interview experimental research, action research systematic literature review
and several more.
Justification: This is the concept which is very cost-effective method in order to collect the information and
achieve the target of the research by the support of different kind of tools and techniques.
Data Collection – Data collection is the method or strategy that is considered by the investigator so that they
can grab the information and let you their goals and objectives. There are generally two types of sources from
Page 6 of 15
Document Page
that the data has been collected by the researcher and that are secondary sources as well as primary sources.
Primary sources are those kind of sources in which the researcher grab the information that is very new and in
secondary research or data that research are going to consider or collect the information from the books,
journals, articles that are already published by someone else
Justification: the primary collection data is considered by the researcher in order to achieve better and unique
results.
Sampling – Sampling is the method which takes a Little portion from the huge population. This is the
strategy that support the researcher to set a reliability of the desert so that they can collect more positive
outcomes. In order to collect the appropriate opportunities there are two types of sampling method and that Is
probabilistic as well as nonprobabilistic
Justification: In order to achieve the targets of the research the research it considered a random sampling
method and the sample size that I selected by the Investigator is 40
Time Horizon – Time Horizon is the strategy that engage longitudinally areas as well as cross-sectional areas
which are associated to the entire time and that our allotted to the researcher so that they can complete their
research in an appropriate time frame.
Justification: In order to complete the research in particular time frame, the researcher select cross-sectional
time Horizon That support or assist to the investigator to complete the task in an appropriate timeframe
