In this stage, management may efforts to encourage innovation in form of making good
collaboration with employees, for purpose of making important discussion with them about ideas
that they develop or create. It may provide both parties chance to make face to face
communication and ask any questions about ideas. They may effort to choose the specific idea
that help to encourage innovation and drive the attention of individuals toward doing the same.
Beginning innovation-
After selecting an specific idea, it is the time when employees innovate new product and
proceed further with the same aim. They may conduct practice to communicate, collaborate and
coordinate with each other. It is impossible to encourage innovation the companies workplace
when communication and other practices might be not conducted.
Developing a business effective strategy-
Another approach related to innovation encouragement in the work area is current term,
according to which management effort to develop business tactics and plans that help to achieve
common goals. By developing the best strategies managers and leaders in their companies boost
