Organic food is food that produce the methods for complying with the standards and
having the organic farming. While organization regulating within some organic products may
restrict towards the use of certain fertilizer and pesticides in having various farming methods
which is used to producing such types of organic products. This could also seem that demand for

and environment. Moreover, organic culture has higher production costs and fewer yields, labour
cost and compared within the conventional farming methods.
The organic market that bounced back due to increasing environmental and health
concern and also firmly develop as a cornerstone of the UK food system. This could also seem
that trend took downturn following the economic crisis and facing the huge issues towards the
organic food. It had been also analysed hat organic food in present time is having the outer
performing with non-performing sector in terms for growth and being highly expected within
£2.5 billion by the mid of 2020 (England, 2021). There are being various factors which play
effective role that could be initial popularity and driven by the narrative around their huge
benefits. Along with this also remain a lack of peer-reviewed medical studies that could be easily
demonstrating about the firm link between increasing health and organic food. People in present

The health that argument continues to play the major role for creating awareness about
the organic food, but also facing challenges of the past year which shown by their consumer.
During the year, more than £49 million per week that was spent on the organic food and drink in
the UK, as most of the time people try to make home made things and planning for meals.
Moreover, the lock down and pandemic which forced reappraisal of climate changes and how the
human influence on earth. This could be great news about the climate narrative-which lead for
lighting the national food strategy for changing the current food things in UK and keep the focus
on organic food (Pawlewicz, 2019). But there are huge challenges about the climate changes
which being already impacted the harvest yields and lead to expert obstacles and change of
seasonal concept. These factor which could keep better outcomes in further pricing increasing for
their all food supplies, but especially organic food and the main barrier to entry for many of
customer.
However, the huge number of people are shifting towards the organic food, because it
doesn't cause the high amount rather than other food production. While some of organic food
which comes with having mark-ups compared for their non-organic and also keep the higher cost
to other negligible. The organic white mushrooms is typically led with only 1% having more
than other regular kind. For example, while the package of organic salted butter is around the
more expensive, but organic milk and onions are seems to be similarly had low additional costs.
In fact, this has been suggested that swapping more items of organic food which could have
alternatives in grocery product shop each day and have the cost as £93 more (Holmes And et.al.,
2018). Some finding which have been suggested that prices for the organic food will go down for
long term and also depend on climate awareness and due to Covid-19 which have promoted in
British food and more emphasis on their local products.

seemed that organic production is becoming increasingly with their consumer, and also market
analysis the sector for set up and grow significantly in the coming years (Prentice, Chen and
Wang, 2019). Also, farmers bodies, government officials, supermarket which are able to work
with more sustainable food system that keep everyone without putting needless strain on the
earth. The people who made more of their meals at home, this could lead them for increasing the
enough for maintaining their income level and also time for considering their food habits. Along
with this many of people who are reported with the issues of environmental, pandemic and lock
down forced towards the appraisal of well-being and health.
So, in significant time of crisis, people are also turning towards the organic food products
and make the assurance for buying them. While, this could rightfully recognize as the resilient
food and farming system and also keeping vital part of the solution to the health crises, nature
and climate. The people are spending more on organic food in present time and also become the

in online shopping and schemes for both choice and ease during the pandemic that has been
driven up the consumer numbers. Moreover, this could help for increasing the order, sales for
many operates of organic food in what they have been mixed with food and drink around the
retailer. The report which also shows about the growth of organic food in supermarket within

that also show about the organic food and drink sales in 2020, by 6.2% and almost the double
from the non-organic food and drink products for the ending year with 2020. At time of having

Section 2: Essay — Reflective Journal
In general, we all know that skills play a vital role in an individual life. It demonstrates
the ability and strength of a person from which they can be able to grow and learn in their future
path. During this report, I had come to understand and learn about so many things which will be
very useful for me in my career. During research, I had to face with many various problems and
challenges but I need to deal with them for my betterment. Doing the project or module I needed
to understand the value of skills and abilities from which I can be able to utilize them in the
perfect manner.
The first thing I realized that when an individual require to furnish some project they
need to understand their own abilities and skills. Self evaluation is the first thing I had done
while researching for the project objective. While doing the project, I met with so many
challenges such as poor time management, lack of motivation and self-confidence, distraction
from the aim (Patil, and Kale, 2019). During the research, I was not able to manage my time and
always get distracted from my goals and targets which created many problems. I already thought
that I cannot be able to finish my project and research on time which can be an obstacle for me in
my future existence. I founded that time management is very important in an individual life
which can be very effective in personal and professional life as well. When I came to know and
understand the time management skill value I started to improve and increase my skill. For
improving the time management skill, firstly I created a routine schedule of myself from which I
can be able to follow them in the order which will balance my time and tasks accordingly. I had
created a routine schedule in prioritize manner so that I can do my important work at first. I
founded the schedule making very effective in balancing my work and activity. Managing the
work in timely manner helps me to finish the work on time. Due to improper time management, I
started to feel demotivated and cannot able to feel confident from which I made more delay in
finishing my research project. Motivation is also essential in an individual life.
Document Page
The motivation is an emotion which can make the work more effective and useful.
During the research, as it is known that I was not able to manage my time from which I had
faced many problems which reduces my motivation and courage. Decrease or lack of motivation
drives me to not able to complete my work activity effectively a causes issues (Agache, Annesi‐
Maesano, and et.al., 2019). For improving the motivation I have to focus on my aim and
objectives which will help me to achieve the targets. Motivation is a strength which leads a
human being to achieve more growth and success in their life. Similarly, I also have to improve
my motivation by concentrating on my aim and objectives. At some point, I had required a
support and help from my mate, so I asked them to help me out. My mates were ready and
encouraging me to enhance my motivation and encouraging me to grow. The motivation also
helped me to set my gaols and objectives and also supported me to focus on them. During the
research, I met with many distractions which was making me to lose concentration. Distraction
makes my mind to not focus on my goals and objectives which made many difficulties in
researching my project (Zhang, Liu, and et.al., 2018). For not getting distracted I used to take
some short breaks to relax my mind and also plan and design my ideologies and thoughts into
innovative mind which can set and increase my concentration on my targets.
During the project, I had enjoyed as I came to learn and understand importance of the
different skills which will be very useful for me in the future time. Founding and realizing my
academic skills and got an opportunity to grow and penance makes me to feel blissful and happy.
I had learned and acquired different kind of skill knowledge and values which really helps me to
complete my project on time and also it will help me in my career path. I still need to improve
my time management skill which will increase my motivation and self-confidence accordingly.
For improving all these skills I will join the workshop classes where I can enhance my abilities
and knowledge which will lead me to grow more and more (French, and O'Leary, 2017). I felt
blissful that I got a chance to increase my abilities and strength which will make me to grow in
and learn more information about the topic and subjects in the detailed manner.
