This is the type of distance learning through which students learn under the virtual environment.
Online education enables the students and teachers to set their own learning pace and added
flexibility of setting which fits with everyone. Within this report detail evaluation of the online
learning and its positives or negatives are evaluated.

With the help of this students can personalise their learning, users can make the use of
minimal infrastructure. By the aid of the online learning students can make the access to new
courses and learn almost from anywhere and anytime. Online learning is critically more
effective option for the students and also better for the environment, as it helps to reduce the
consumption of almost 90% less energy and 85% fewer CO2 emissions per student compare to
the traditional. In Australia now over the 20 universities offering online classes along with the
increasing number of full online degrees being offered in everything from business to health.
Online learning is developed in the Australia from the historical time of the post
secondary distance education, which was first offered in the university students in 1911. Many
traditional universities of the Australia have courses offerings online, full degree program's of
online learning is offered to the students, which is incorporating the subjects like technological
education, computer science etc.
Fifteen percent of the respondents said online learning make issues with isolation, finance
and their housing or home environment. Between 21 to 22% of the students had a positive
response and aid that they like the flexible access to materials provided by online learning.
Online learning is becoming more and more popular among the students and teachers
around the world. Online learning is in education programs from the several years, but now
within the condition like COVID online learning is at the top in-comparison to the traditional
methods of the learning and education. Although from the several years before to this pandemic
situation most of the student’s keep studying through the online learning, because most of the
peoples do not have time and capability to take the time and off from their work and apply to the
full time graduation program and in cone situation people do not able to take the full time
education due to the travelling issues and challenges. The person who still want to complete the
full education online learning is the best as it provide the flexibility in the study timings and
work time management. There are the several benefits and disadvantages of the online learnings
in context to the students, teachers, environment and educational system. Such as verity of the
programs improve the technical skills and provide comfortable learning environment and
opposite to that, online learning reduces the stu8dents social interaction and social learning.

commuting or travelling to a campus environment. This learning process benefits both sides
such as students and universities, because students can save their travelling expenses and
institution can save their financial spends of extra facilities, staff, services and physical materials.

Online learning add flexibility to the learning process for the students who do not have
the enough time to complete their graduation due to their professional’s life, but they want to
complete that. Through the aid of the online learning people can complete their education due to
its flexible hours. Students do not need to move from one place to another for education they can
save their money of transportation and learn from their home through internet and campus online
learning programs. With the help of the online learning facilities like online stored learning
material students can replay the lecture without bothering teacher again and again, and perform
additional research.

Within the online learning system student can get the better time management for their
learning assessments, because they are free to set their own time schedules which is more
comfort table and essential for them. Online classes manage student on the regular schedule of
teaching and meeting deadlines, by reminding that in right time. This allow the students to
practice managing their time and staying progressive week to week. Online learning system is

Peoples are posing different behaviours and abilities, such as some student have the
capability to work independently, but some find comfortable learning in the community on a
university with easy access to the tutors or their fellow students. That is the disadvantage of the
online learning that students who like to learn on the open environment real campus, they cannot
get it through online learning. There is the improvement in the online classroom platforms,
because there is the working to feel gaps, through redeveloping the feeling of community in the

Online learning requires self-discipline
Within the online learning system another negative effects on the student is that they loss
discipline. Students who are the part of university offline classes and physical classes develop
and possess the higher accountability and if the learners does not realize that they are under the
the proper guidance, and monitoring environment then they may not develop enough self-
discipline and do not engage in the lessons themselves. In comparison to the online classes,
offline classes give a greater sense of answerability and efforts or motivation for learning.
Online learning requires additional training

efforts. Teachers have to work on their technical skills along with the special area of the
teaching, because for the online session of the particular subject they have to use digital tools.
Teacher training and technical support learning to manage the online sessions effectively, such as
they have to learn the use of video and lecture capture software, and audio, equipment, virtual
classroom.
Online learning means more screen time
Another native impact of the online learning is the increased time of the student’s time
spends on screen. Online learning is contributing to this problem of the increased screen time,
which can lead to the sports and physical activities elimination and bad impact on the student’s
posture or increase headache. This learning process is can be personal issues for the student who
face problem with learning from or focusing on screens. Another issues with online learning is
that student can quickly switch to the social media from their learning material.
