The management of Fit Food Creation should adopt the business model canvas and use it
in its workplace for gaining very appropriate outcomes in market place. Basically, business
model canvas is very helpful tool to different business for properly understanding a business
model in a structured and straightforward way (Khan and Wuest, 2019). It can contribute to
company for properly dealing with existing competitors in market place as well. Business canvas
model includes nine key elements which has been discussed below;
Customer segments: Existing product and service idea of fit food creation business is very
excellent, but upper management of company have to divide it’s all customers in different
segments on the basis of their interest, attitude and income status.
Value proposition: Value proposition is another key element within model, in which upper
management have to increase its brand value in market by running different informative
advertisements in market place.
Revenue streams: Business have to make specific way for generating excellent revenue as well.
It can create some streams of revenue generation.
Channels: Company have to make a very productive and active distribution channels for timely
delivering its products and services.
Customer relationship: It should make very effective relations with customers for attracting
them towards own brand.
Key activities: Serving food items, taking feedback from customers, formulate new marketing
strategies are key activities to company (Campbell, Gutierrez and Lancelott, 2017).
Key resources: There are employees, technical gadgets, vehicles and machineries are main
resources to company.
Key partners: Suppliers who will provide raw materials to company are key partners of
company.
