the managing director of an organization or corporation. The primary role of an executive
director is to implement some organizational design, developed strategic plans for the
organization in a manner of time efficiency and cost efficiencies. An executive director is
responsible for each day’s operations in an organization. Such operations include the
performance of managing committees and other staffs as for the development of existing
business plans in collaboration with the board of such organization (Abbadi, Hijazi, & Al-
Rahahleh, 2016). In simple terms, the executive director is authorized with the overall
performance of an organization.
An executive director plays an essential role in leadership for an organization. Such
role is also conducted in motivating every employee regarding their performance. A working
director of an organization generally considers as a full-time employee, who is mainly

Experiences:
At Present she is holding the position of deputy executive director in west coast
division of PureLife Ltd.
He holds a degree of Bachelor of Science, particularly in engineering that is relating
on chemical department from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and an MBA from
UMGC.
11 years of experiences as a production manager at the Arizona facility.
One and a half year experiences as an intern in a non-profit organization. Such
organization is engaged in researching regarding the long-term effects of particular
products. Those products are normally relating to animal-based, which is imported
from Asia.
Provided suggestion: At the time of interview Sharron admitted that she does not have any
marketing idea regarding the issuance of a new product, however Sharron has some
managerial as well as some leadership qualities in case to provide proper guidance to a team.
