Personal Branding
An effective strategy of personal branding provides the professionals with the
opportunity, edge and platform for establishing their credibility, inspiration and succeeding in
their position. Summing up nicely in a sentence, personal branding takes consistent actions
and planning in order to build and execute an accomplished personal brand. Crafting unique
contents to present on each channel of social media helps in creating a solidified statement
(Vallas & Cummins, 2015). However, on discussing about myself, I would like to discuss
about my good and bad points, competencies and in-competencies. I always deal with tough
situations efficiently and calmly and approach situations in a neutral non-personal manner.
Whenever, I face any issue, I try to deal with my problems in a careful manner and
ask appropriate questions to get to its roots. Moreover, I have always believed that there is a
major difference between practical and theory. According to me, we learn better after joining
a job and by gaining good experiences, we can succeed in our lives. I need a good job in my
future, where I can gain new experiences and knowledge from my working fields. In addition
to this, I will be able to learn something new and gain relevant experiences, which will assist
me in my future. Furthermore, getting a job will enable me in changing my roles and
responsibilities over time (Quicksprout.com, 2018).
Moreover, I can interact with my co-workers directly, which in turn, will enhance my
communication as well as networking skills. In addition to this, it will help in improving my
leadership opportunities. I will get to balance my professional and personal life as well. This
will help me in leading a balanced life, without any problems. I can use my new ideas and
brainstorm to solve any issues in the organization. However, I would like to mention that I do
not expect higher income, the working environment is more important for me. I want to work
in a good and healthy working environment, where I expect my co-workers to respect me.

business and after completion of my bachelor’s degree, I have decided to execute my plans.
However, I feel that an ideal employer will have certain qualities and abilities as the company
depends on them. The employers need to hire fresh candidates for the company, on the basis
of their knowledge, skills and personality. An ideal employer should not be biased as it would
hamper the business, to a large extent. The employers need to hire their employees on the
basis of their job experiences and not on the grounds of prejudices. I would like my company

points, which will impact my business in a positive manner. The term corporate values can be
considered as the operating principles or philosophies that provide the organizations with
proper guidance in maintaining a good relationship with the customers, employees, partners
as well as shareholders (Oriesek & Schwarz, 2016). The core values of the organizations are
typically summarized in the company’s mission statement or principles. To nurture the
corporate values, I believe that there are certain responsibilities which I would undertake in
order to ensure that each team member;

Implements a common organizational strategy,
Behaves in the manner, which is consistent with the objectives of the corporation,
Focuses strongly on the performances of teams,

will be based upon the following six core values;

Caring- maintaining respectful employee, customer and shareholder relations,
Loyalty- working in collaboration with other partners,
Integrity- exhibit integrity and honesty at all times,
Commitment- dedicated to organizational success,
Knowledgeable- being experts in the relevant fields.
Ensuring the values support organizational strategy
Adopting these core values is considered to be of immense importance and it is vital
to execute the strategies in an effective manner. I am sure; these corporate values will help
me in ensuring a positive working environment, which will give the employees a well
balanced work life. In addition to this, it will help me in achieving my organizational goals or
objectives. A happy working environment ensures higher productivity, which in turn
increases the productivity level of the companies (Guiso, Sapienza & Zingales, 2015).
Therefore, executing these strategies in an effective manner will enable my business to
expand and grow on the long run.
