private retailing company which was founded in 1976 by
Tom Morris. It is headquartered in Liverpool, UK. the

business will suffer management issues of manpower.
HR department of a company is also responsible to
measure the performance of employees. Hence, without
effective HR in Home Bargains will not analyse the actual
performance for their employees and they will not able to
decide the criteria for employee development.
