Human resource practice of managing
manpower of company well so that they will be
utilized effectively for organizational growth.
HR manager of a company is responsible to
hire skilled employees, manage the employees
well in the organization, maintain
organizational culture and many others. Home
Bargains is a private retailing company which
was founded in 1976 by Tom Morris. It is
headquartered in Liverpool, UK. the following

their operations by hiring skilled employees
and assign them task related to their
specialization to minimize mistakes at
workplace.
► HR is also responsible to identify the

analyze how the work of employees will be

retailing company. Hence, it is essential for
them to hire those employees who are

take long time to analyze the reason for

decision.

they have to do in their organization. In context

HR manager then their employees are not able to
clarify their doubts and resole their queries.
Overall business will suffer management issues
of manpower.

will not analyze the actual performance for their

I have made the above presentation which is covering all important aspect of HR and how these HR
services help a company to maintain their brand image in market by increasing their performance and
productivity. I have learned that today most of the companies are having effective HR policies which
help them to manage their employees and other resources well to achieve organizational goal.
