that an individual makes with himself. Under this a person develops and enhances his existing
skills through learning. This helps individual in fulfilling his personal as well as professional
goals along with an objective that needs to be achieved in specific time.
Description and discussion of the value of short term goals identifying at least 3 personal

Short term goals are those which acts as a starting point for long term goals. These are
such which fulfils short term needs of an individual that he achieves within a very short period of
time that is maximum of one year.
Examples of Short term Goals:

ï‚· To practice speaking skills daily for 15 minutes in front of mirror.
