Task One:
Definition of the concept of personal and professional development
The professional and personal development can be defined plan which can be
formulated for improving knowledge and skills which the individual can acquire the
development and possibilities of the development (Noben, Hofman and et,al., 2021).
This is process which also involves the strategies for growth by which a individual
can prepare for future target.
Description and discussion of the value of short-term goals
identifying at least 3 personal examples
Short-term aspirations are which encourages the individuals those who complete the
aspirations within the short time period and the interest of an individual (Kremneva,
Malikov and et,al., 2021). The 3 examples of short-term objectives which can be
identified:
Examples of Short-term objectives are: -
The ability of active hearing.
The ability of Communication.
The ability of social interaction.

Medium-term aspirations are defined those aspirations which will act as support unto
the set of long and short tenure aspirations that can encourage the people (Carlana,
Pinotti and et,al., 2022).
Examples of the Medium-term aspirations are: -

The ability of Issue resolution.
The ability of Creativity in the latest technology.

motivate the person to move towards the attaining the goals and improve and being
