Personal development refer to the activities that enhance process of an individual
confidence and self esteem. It improve the knowledge and identity, also have a positive impact
on communication skills and facilitates the quality of life. It is life long process to achieve goals
and allows to be more interactive with there thoughts and clarity. It is the way to assess qualities
and skills in order to realise the maximum outcome. It helps to improve the talent of an
individual person, ability, consciousness and wealth. It is essentialist part of any person success
and happiness in multiple subjects. It inspire the growth of life and changing on their own
thoughts. It looks different in every person, it takes time, efforts (Briller and Goldmacher, 2020).
This report covers the concept of personal development and short term goal, medium period
objective, long time target and the plan.

Personal development refer to stability of the person by improving their skills and
development of knowledge. It includes goals and benchmarks to define the plans and
information. It contribute the both satisfaction as well the success of individual life. It consists
the activity of person that develop capabilities, employment, build the human relation and
potential of their life. It helps to gain the confidence, behaviour and attributes by an ongoing
interaction. It makes a person unique. It includes the interpersonal communication, self
confidence, ability to solve the problems, behaviour in organisation and work ethics. There are
some different area we are going over daily such as mental, physical, social, spiritual, emotional
etc.
Professional development refer to the set of tools that improve the quality of teaching, it
is the instructor of developing the skills to better approaches. It includes the reviewing of cases,
mentoring and technical assistance. It helps to increase the access of education and training
opportunities on their job. Its purpose to give the new knowledge and skills on their further
career. It is the process of identify goals and learning new skills for success work and growing.
It defines the structures that improve or change the learning outcome of an individual. It refer to
all the certification, education and training of the people as their needs to success sin the career.

generally less then the period of 12 months. They are the links between the place where a person

goals are set with an aim to achieve some long term goal in the career. These goals can help in
becoming more productive, building confidence and providing the satisfaction to the employees.
Setting and attaining short term desires will help a person in following ways:
Enhances Motivation- Framing and achieving a short term goal is easy and its results
can also be seen and analysed very quickly. There achievement will boost an employee to
set further goals and enhance his personality.
Clarification of direction- Setting of a target completes with an action plan to follow. It
will give a direction regarding where there is need to pay attention and put efforts on.
This will help in eliminating the activities which waste the time and energy in achieving
these objectives.
Effective management of time- Measurable goals gives a path to be followed to achieve
a particular target. Focussing on this plan an individual can simply eliminate all those
activities which wastes the time and strength and manage its hours effectively. Adapting

morale of the employee to move further to the long term goals. When the results of these
goals are visible in the performance, they feel motivated and keep themselves progressing
