Personal development plan is a tool which helps the individual in analyzing
their strengths and weaknesses and will also help them in developing skills which
are necessary for them in order to have growth and development in their academic

specific skill set as it will increase the efficiency as well as accuracy in the work of
the individual. Personal development plan is an essential factor which acts as a
stepping stone for the individual and will help them in achieving the career and future
