capabilities and potential of a person and also build the human capital. It refers to
that assessment system, which offered to support the positive adult development at
an individual level within the organization. The personal development include
improving self- awareness, improving a career, fulfilling aspiration and developing
strength or talents etc. it does not limited only self- help but also include the formal
and informal activities for the development of others in role such as manager,

leads to the realization of improved quality of life of an individual. This report will
include the concept of personal and professional development with their different
types of goals, values of their goals and evaluation of various sources.
