Personal and professional development is one of the most essential task for any
individual to make their career (Uleanya and et. al., 2020). Personal skills are those skills which
are essential to develop the reputation and personality of an individual in front of society and
surroundings. Whereas professional skills are those skills which helps an individual to perform
better in their career and helps them to grow well professionally. Communication skills,
coordination skills and few more are personal skills. IT skills, presentation skills and few more
are professional skills which is essential to perform the job. It is essential to update knowledge of
present trend in learning this skills because all these skills will help in various ways like having
conversation with clients and many more. There are various ways to develop personal and
professional skills like coaching, communicate more with others, participate in TED shows and
many more. It is essential for every individual to set goals for improving their personal and
professional skills and check on regular basis that whether they are working according to their
set goals or not. In case of huge gap between planned goals and actual actions to achieve those
goals, it is compulsory for an individual to take corrective actions as soon as possible. Personal
development plan are made to measure how the set goals will be achieved in future (Camesa and
et. al, 2020). The following file will cover personal and professional skill development concept,
short term, medium term and long term goals as an individual. This file also covers PDP plan of
