The academic skill and professional module consist of verbal and written
communication skill like presentation, reflective writing and critical skill. The PDP
include SMART action plan through which individual will develop creative opportunity
of career development (Arbuthnot, 2017). The academic skill are develop in the form
of core skill which generate opportunity to highlight individual strength and
weakness. This will help in specialized knowledge that is essential for choosing
desired job option. It has been analyses, that plan of personal development will aid
individual in order to deal from several issues which act as hindrance in accomplish
overall goal objective of career. The professional skill will provide more concentration
and focus regarding professional career opportunity. The report highlight overall
concept of personal and professional development of individual. The report include
value of short, medium and long term goal along with specific example.
2. Definition of the concept of personal and professional
development
The concept of personal and professional development is essential process
that is liable to transform personality of the personal and professional one. This will
