Business environment are influenced by internal and external factors in the industry.
Every business must understand the importance of both the factors which helps organization to
formulate strategies in order to reduce the impact of those factors (Amanatidou, E., 2021). Miel
bakeries a reputed workshop which is specialized in pastries, cakes or bread in London.

Impact of internal and external factors.
Internal factors: There are different types of internal factors which influences business
activities. In context to Miel business, these can be classified into strength and weaknesses,
internal factors are mentioned below:-
Organizational structure and production system: The structure of organization is very
important for everything. It includes with hierarchy in organization, contribution of
employees in decision making process, production management and many more.
Suppliers: Suppliers are the internal factors and very significant to any organization
where they produce the finished goods and services (Barwongeza, D. S., 2017). Business
have only once supplier then they impact negatively so it is very important to have more
than one supplier to reduce the negative impact of it.
Transport: Transportation is very significant for business in order to transport products
and services with the purpose to be delivered. Transportation impact negatively because
it also impacts the revenue of an organization.
Price Setting: Within addition to Miel bakeries, the prices which are set by the
organization affects the demand and supply of their goods and services in the market. It is

loyalty gets affected as well as market expectations are also increases.
Technologies: Technological factors influencing business operations in creation,
innovation or upgradation of the existing technologies which they are using in their

in order to create in a better and modified product for their customers.
Methods in which business impacts external environment.
The impacts can be positive or negative of external environment. The are different
methods through which Miel organization can impact on external environment:-
Political factors: Political factors are also impact with the operations of business in
different ways. Organization operations include import and export of their products and
services in order to continue the business. The import of products like machinery, raw
materials, equipment and export products which also helps to increase the country's
economy by raising the funds in several ways with the purpose to develop a country.
Environment: Business operations of any organization impact the environmental factors
in a positive or negative way (Kwon, W. S. and Et.al., 2021). In addition to Miel
organization, they formulate strategies in order to reuse waste products as well as highly
focused on reduction of wastage in production activities.
Corporate Social Responsibility: This is consist with taxes to government bodies in the
welfare of society and local citizens. In context to Miel Bakeries, they are doing projects
which will help environment in positive way.
