Business management is all about the different aspect where the organization
need to management the various activities in order to have a smooth functioning. The
business management is all about managing people. It is very important for a business
organization to understand by people work and what motivates them to work effectively
and efficiently. The management is responsible for various activities that makes the
employees happy with the working environment and different aspect which is required
within the business enterprise. The people work to earn money and to create a
personality which can fulfill the desires and needs in order to live in the society. Every
individual has different perspective of working. Some earn for self-respect and creating
an image in the society and some to earn money. The main motive is earning money to
run family. (Cuthell, J.P., 2017). This report will include various topic such as meaning of
motivation, various factors which motivates employees, positive factors employees
experience, negative factors experienced by employees and at last strategies to cope up
with negative factors.
