Motivation in work inspire the employees to act in ways that help in overcome from
obstacles, achieve objectives and happiness etc. motivation on works means of
improving the individual meaning of life and fulfill the basic need of life such as house,
food, health care and cloths. The report will cover the discussion about motivation mean
along with various ways to motivate the employees to perform the job. In addition to this,
analyses the positive and negative factors that affect the employees as well as tool and
strategies that help to manage the negative experience of employees.
What does Motivation Mean?
The motivation is a process that guide the employees to achieve different goals
of personal and company as well. The motivation involves emotional, cognitive force and
social etc. Motivation is refers to self push to accomplish the desire and satisfy the
willingness. The strong motivated employee will soaring the output of employees but
negatived motivated employee will decline its performance. (Bushi, 2021).With the help
of motivation, The company encourage to employees to give their best performance and
help to accomplish the company's goals

different stage of desires. The Maslow believed that individual accomplished the one
level and begin continue with further level. The motivation begin with bottom most level is
physiological needs after-that second level of motivation is safety and securities.
Moreover, the third level of motivation is belonging needs and love in which interaction
with other, the desire to give and get loves from other. The next fourth level of motivation
is esteem needs in which individual satisfy the status, feel respected and gain
recognition, The final and fifth level of motivation is self-actualization needs in which
person have to realize the full potential such as seeking happiness, pursuing life dreams
and obtaining skill.
