INTRODUCTION
Working of an individual can be lead to various reasons in it. A human Being have several
needs which needs to be fulfilled in respect to survive. There are basic essentials such as food,
clothing and shelter. In order to survive and to leading a respectful it is very important for the
people to work. Human being work for their livelihood. It is evaluated that its crucial for an
organisation to respect their employees and motivate them time to time in respect to generate
work in effective and efficient manner. There are various reasons which make or motivate people
to work and earn. It is also important for people to contribute to the communities upgrade their
skills for better results(Booker, Dunsmore and Fivush, 2021) . The aim of this report is to
highlight the factors that motivates the employees to work harder and evaluation of the positive
or negative factors workers experience in their respective jobs.

Explain the different factors which motivates employees to work ?
It is well known that a happy employee in the organisation generates better outcomes and
better productivity. It is very necessary to keep the workforce motivates in order to generate
enhanced productivity. The procedure of the motivation is describes as the framework which
provide guidance and develops the goal oriented behaviour in the organisation. It is the ability
that enhanced the potential in the employee. Each and every organisation need to motivate their
employees in an effective manner(King, 2022) . There are multiple factors that motivates the
employee work and behaviour , some of them are discussed below:
Positive working environment- Having a suitable culture in the organisation motivates
the employees most and it impacts over the working of the employees. It being crucial for
an organisation to develop the environment which makes balance between employees
expectations and the company's objectives. People tend to work more in the positive
working environment.
Recognition and appreciation- It is the most important factor that motivate the
employee to work effectively. Getting reward for the good work always results
positively. If a manager want to generate good amount of work from their employees
then they have to appreciate then on the regular basis in both the monetary and non-
