technical topics like arithmetic and science.
Developing instructional abilities may also
enhance the capacity to learn, take tests, engage
with different college students and entire
projects.

Today, professional world is becoming increasingly competitive and is constantly changing, an
individual work in any industry that doesn’t matters, what matters is their continue learning about their
sectors and do their assigned work and their best in that. professional development framework increases
are core ability as well. to enable this, one needs to increase their knowledge, abilities, skills and
experience for present tasks and any potential future tasks for many reasons like:
• To demonstrate the employee’s senior that they have made plans for, updated and regularly
maintained their abilities to do work in a structured manner.
• To provide a way for employer to demonstrate that they can compete professionally. In a retrievable
manner the information is stored.

Time management skills To develop this, I focus on completing the work before the
deadline by developing different types of ways that not
only save my time but also allow me to keep pace
throughout the task.
I need to develop a schedule that includes daily routine
tasks. These tasks are very important to me. I have to
reach them all within the given deadline. At the same time,
I'm starting to read books about time management tips
and tricks

Stress management tactics To do this, I first need to understand the concept of stress
management and apply it to my daily routine environment
as I don't easily deal with the pressure of panic attacks.

resources are used by me to manage stress

professional skills are those which allows to achieve a job. There are many challenges an individual
