good job. Developing skills helps in growth and
development and I can get good opportunities. I
am having good communication skill which help
me in getting job but to enhance my knowledge
and for my growth I am improving my time

Nowadays, people are having skills and
knowledge which is required at the workplace
and this is threat for me. I have to improve my
weak points so that I can get good opportunities.

 It is important to identify weak points and make plans to improve weakness so that goals
and objectives can be accomplished.
 Academic and professional skill play a crucial role in growth and development of
company.
 My time management skill is not as I am not able to complete my work within given time.
 I am improving this skill as I had made time table and divide work accordingly.
 This helps me in improving my weakness. I start doing my work as per time table and try
to manage all the activities properly so that I can get good opportunity.
