Business management is the process of organising,

the employees of an organisation to achieve the set
goals of the company (Cohen, and Eyal, 2021). These
skills not only help the managers in coordinating
between resources and employees but also help the
organisation to achieve a successful position in the
market.

Summary
It is concluded that the study of business management plays a very important role for a student to achieve a

time management, team management and many more while pursuing management studies. It was also
concluded that development of academic and professional skill in an individual help them to work hard and
motivates them to perform the task with full productivity. Along with this personal SWOT analysis is also done
and their action plan to overcome form the weakness.
