1.0 Self-reflection on personal learning and development, and the transferable skills
This is one of the most important aspect which is used by an individual in order to
develop focus over person learning and development that leads upon making individual solve
issues related to personal life of an individual. Through personal learning and development
various factors are handled which makes growth achieved in considerable manner through
out the life by an individual. As per this an individual makes both personal and professional
aspects covered in more effective manner. Through personal learning concepts of individual
are cleared by making improvement done in their personal life. It helps in working over
various skills related to professional development of an individual. This holds importance
over evaluating personality as they helps in making success achieved with desired outcomes.
Through these skills evaluation over personality is done helping in creating awareness over
improvement required to be done over skills. In order to make sure that personal learning is
useful for making improvement done personal analysis is conducted through which makes
individual's working styles improved. Personal development works over strength and
weakness of an individual that makes excellencies of an individual's to be enshrined. Positive
approach towards personal development makes balance and quality created within working of
individual in terms of academic or professional aspect. Transferable skills are those important
skills which are required to be developed in my personality helping in making future growth
done by analyzing various aspects related to growth. It is very important for an individual to
develop focus upon personal learning and development which covers aspects of life helping
then over finding solutions making growth possible. Transferable skills are important as it
allows success to be developed in the role which has been assigned to an individual that
makes job functions performed with more effectiveness. These skills allows an individual to
set up proper structure which makes department of an organization to complete task on time.
Individual through transferable skills is able to increase motivation within themselves which
makes personal growth possible without any problem. The skills makes individual attain
professional stability. This makes requirements of professional development achieved
without any issue. Transferable skills increases experience, time and create opportunistic for
an individual by training, coaching and mentoring. The skills are developed with the help of
day to day analysis of work done by employee working within an organization. Also the

skills makes critical thinking achieved within an individual which brings in innovation and
aspiration over goals to be accomplished.
1.1 Identification and reflection on my approach to personal learning and developments
This is an important part of individual's life which makes learning developed with
mindset to improve an individual. Thus its is essential for making learning mind set helping
in establishing better outcome. Through an learning mindset individual is able to pitch over
negative aspect related to individual's life. In this mindset has important role to play by
making learning done about new aspects of personal learning. Through such development
success has been developed in my professional life by developing an never stooping process
of learning making enhancement done over knowledge. The concept of these skills are wider
in nature as they focus upon academic integrity which makes students understand usage of
this in personal life. It has helped in making my mindset change in positive aspect which
makes working done with more concentration and motivation. An individual like me posses
learning mindset makes particular situation to be solved by using different factors. I have
made myself more connected with my work as coordination makes me focused over task to
be performed by me.
Through personal learning and development my professional career has been shaped
in proper manner at the initial stage of my life. My personal approach always lies upon
personal development and learning. At time I was in school I did various kinds of activities
which made mental and social growth possible for me. This made my communication and
speaking skills improved in more effective manner. Then I come into college and took part in
various curricular practices which made my physical growth done helping in making me
develop practical approach. This made many qualities developed within me that helped me in
my professional life. Through attending many workshop and training programs conducted by
my organization helped me in developing approach over personal learning and development.
Also it added great value to my resume by making it look more attractive in nature which
made experience developed in my working.

module
This is an important part that makes evaluation done upon skills which is required for
improving my personality with more effectiveness. These skills includes variety within them
which makes mark of success achieved by me. There are different kinds of transferable skills
which are present while I did analysis over communication skills, logical skills, leadership
skills and team work skills. These skills has helped in making personality developed with

Communication skills helps in making various kinds of interaction done with different
people that made me develop guidance over professional career and academic life. The skill
has helped in making effective development done over making healthy relation with another
person. It made me become effective speaker by influencing employees.
Logical skills these skills made logic developed within my working through
developing innovative working patterns. Also I am able to improve my analysis by providing

Team work skills these skills made diversity developed within me that made me work
comfortable with my co worker. Also through this I am able to develop considerable level of
