1.0 Self-reflection on personal learning and development, and the transferable skills
It is very important for the individual to achieve to focus on the personal learning and
development because it is an important aspect of the life which helps them us to find the
solution of deviation in life and also enables the person to achieve considerable growth in
their life. Personal learning refers to those concept under which the individual makes efforts
to develop different types of skills in their personality because they have desires they have
desire to achieve successes in their life (Faris, 2018). It is very important for the individual to
evaluate their personality effectively so that the aware about the deviation and also the lack of
skills. It is essential for them to conduct their personal SWOT analyses of their personality.
This analyses helps the individual to evaluate their strength and weaknesses and also the
different opportunities and threats present in the external environment.
Personal learning is one of the important aspect of my life because I t develops
different types of skills in my personality. I have analyzed that there is a need to conduct
Personal SWOT analyses of my personality and I do the same. It is a life changing decision
of mine because this analyses aware me about different weaknesses of mine and also the lack
of skills in my life. Before doing this analyses that I don't have any weakness and has
capability of doing anything but I have to face number of difficulties and failures in my
academic as well as professional life. I have found that there are many skills which are not
present in my personality but I misbehaved that the reason for my failures is the destiny.
It is very important for me to develop these skills in my personality so that the future
growth can be possible and the failures will not face b y me in future. The skills which is
analyses in the personal SWOT analyses are very important to develop because these skills
enables me to manage my personal and professional life effectively. It is not easy for me to
develop these skills easily because it is difficult to change the behavior as well as the attitude
which I have since many years.
1.1 Identification and reflection on my approach to personal learning and developments
It is very important for the individual to become success in their personal and professional
life that they have effective approach towards the learning and development. It is essential for
the individual to have learning mind set. Learning mind set is related to those mind set of the
individual under the person are always ready to learn different and new things in their life.

These type of persons has always accept their deviations and try to improve them so that their
weakness can become their strength. Most of the people felt the lack of skills are their insult
and never accept the deviation. The person which does not accept the lack of skills in them
can never improve and correct the deviation and the result of this of this behavior is that they
never achieve the success and growth in their life. Is is a universal truth that most of the
successful leaders and entrepreneur has innovative and learning mind set, they never stop
learning. The concept of learning is very wide which are not limited to schools and colleges.
The person which have learning mindset has learn from the practical situation of the life and
also the different aspect of the environment.\
Personal learning and development is not the new concept for as I have learning mind
from the initial stage of my life. My personal approach are always lies towards the personal
development and learning. At the time when I was in school, there are different types of
curriculum activities are organized by the management of schools to develop skills in their
students. These activities include stitching, mud utensils and also many other skillful
activities and I always take part in these activities which reflects my approach towards the
personal learning and development (Bonk, and Wiley, 2020). At the time when I was in
college many competition and activities are organized in the college. Under these activities,
the candidates are providing knowledge and skills related to different sports and
management. There are many seminars and workshops also organized by the management of
universities under which different experts and business coaches given their lectures in
relation to leadership and management skills so that these qualities are developed in the
student. Many companies has organized a workshops under which the students are getting
practical knowledge about organization. I have attend many workshops of different
organization to take practical knowledge as well as to make the resume more attractive.
In my professional career there are many new functions and task are organized in my
workplace. These task are conduct by the management to develop new features in the
employees so that organization can take different types of work from the market which is not
their core work. The reason for these task is that the organization becomes more diverse and
competitive. It is very important for me to take part in these so that different types of skills
are developed in my personality.
1.2 Identification of the transferable skills I have already developed by attending this

It is very important for me to evaluate different weak skills from my personality so that I can
improve them effectively. The personal SWOT analyses enable me to aware these skills and I
make efforts to develop these skills in my personality. There are different transferable which
I developed by attending this such as communication skills, logical reasoning skills,
leadership skills and team work skills. These skills plays an important role in the personal
learning and development of the individual. These skills are requires in personal and
professional career. It has huge importance in my my life and the brief discussion related to
application and importance of these skills in my life are given below:
Communication skills refers to those skills of mine which helps me to interact
different types of people in my professional career as well as academic life. This skills helps
me to develop effective and healthy relation with other person. Communication skills also
enables me to become effective speaker so that the employees are influenced from my
lectures.
Logical reasoning skills refers to those skills of mine which is enable me to
understand any aspect effectively and develop attractive conclusion. These skills helps me to
find the deviation from the management of the organization and find considerable solution of
that.
Leadership is an ability of a person which is used by them to influence the behavior of
the individual towards the achievement of organizational goals and objectives (Béres, and
Fook,2019)
. In have effective leadership skills which is used by in the workplace to influence the
behavior of subordinates towards the work.
It is very important for the individual to have team work skills in their personality
under which is used by them in the organization to develop team in the workplace. I have
considerable level of team spirit.
1.3 Skills I would like to develop during my academic studies, personal life and the
workplace
There are different skills which I want to develop in my personality so that objectives of
academic personal and professional life can be achieved these skills are time management
skills and interpersonal skills. These skills are very important because time management
skills are important to manage the time between different activities of life.
