Issues while studying business management and
blooming in professional practice
• One feature which should be present among every qualified professional persons
have in common is a strong desire to start their own expert repetition at
approximately time in their vocations.
• Accountants, attorneys, assessors, designers, and causes, for example, all appear
to be capable and willing to start a firm. They do well in the initial years cheers to
a minor amount of customers who aided them get on-going, but afterward a scarce
years, they seem to meeting seven main contests.

development
• The position of the theoretical skills is more because academic skills are helpful to
improve the knowledge and competencies of the students.
• There are various kind of academic skills are leaning and developing by the students

 As per my observation, I have analyzed that I have effective leadership
quality and I can easily guide my friends and classmates.
 My communication skills are excellent and I can easily communicate with
others.
 My presentation skill is good and I am considering it as my biggest
strength.
 On the basis of my perception, I am not able to complete my work on
time so I can say that time management is my weak point.
 I don't have analytical power to analyze every situations and facts
effectively so this is also my weakness.
 My writing skills are not good so there is so another weakness or nine.
Opportunities Threats
 In this time, technologies are taking wider place so it is a good
opportunity to develop strong technological skills.
 I also want to do some certification courses of digital marketing so that I
will get good career development opportunities.
 I am not good to access computer so I can take it can my threat.
 Due to lots or competition, every student are focusing on their career
but am observing that because of my less learning habits influence my
academic performance.

Actions which are taken to develop weak skills
A SWOT Analysis, which includes all four variables, examines the strength and weaknesses by
focusing on each factor that can affect it. Visualizing the benefits and drawbacks might help me to
decide whether or not to pursue a given project or idea. This SWOT technique clearly explains all of
a project's strengths and negatives, making it easier to decide how to proceed. It's commonly utilized
in strategic planning to choose a calculated course of action.
