Introduction
In the life of the student personal development has a very crucial part. Personal
development provide support to the people in accordance to gain several type of the abilities
as well as different set of skills which will assist them to accomplish and achieve their
desirable objectives and goals in order to improve the life. Moreover to this it is the technique
which supports the people in accordance to understand and learn with more effectiveness and
also manages the working of the people (Cwynar-Foye, 2019). In addition to it at the time of
conducting the akademik studies there is suitable requirement of carrying out the task in the
effective and efficient way which will provide assistance in entire growth and development of

the people. Moreover to this the following report will cover about the utilization of action
plan as well as learning log which supports the students in order to understand and adapt and
also learn efficiently and effectively.
1.0 Self-reflection on personal learning and development, and the
transferable skills
Personal learning - This is the method which supports students in accordance to
learn and adapt from the personal experience of the people. It has been understood that
because of effective learning I am more able to learn during the time of studies. Additionally
I have also considered that there are several types of the skills which has the very essential
part in getting the desirable job role. The several set of the skills provide assistance to me in
order to make me prepare regarding the interview as well as selection process in the
organization. Moreover to this as I I’m always consistent in my classroom and because of this
I can be more capable to function on my capabilities effectively and efficiently for the long
period of time. The growth will provide assistance to me in attaining the suitable job as well
as accomplishing my work more efficiently and before given deadline (Jordaan, King and
McDonald, 2020).
Transferable skills - This type of the skills involves leadership skills, communication
skills, decision making skills, time management skills and various modes that can be utilised
by me in several different roles. In addition to it there is requirement of attaining every type
of these mentioned skills which will assist me in accomplishing my work and project in the
efficient and effective way and it can also lead to managing my work suitably. In addition to
it this several set of skills will provide assistance to me in my future career by getting me the
desirable job role and functioning efficiently as well as effectively over there.
1.1 Identification and reflection on my approach to personal learning and
development
Learning is considered to be the technique which provide support to the individuals in order
to adapt as well as grow in their professional life. Moreover to this a person need to possess
several different capabilities and skills as well as also dedication in order to suitably
understand and effectively learn from the time in which they have been given the task. The
betterment of the people is required in their future life. In addition to it according to me the

appropriate technique to understand and accomplish success in the education institute is by
doing the self study. I also agree that the teachers in the educational organizations focus on
teaching their students more efficiently and effectively and also by focusing in the classroom
the concept as well as ideas of the students can become more adaptable and clear and because
of this I’m getting more and more able to acknowledged and understand the different lessons
and concept as well (Омельченко, 2021).
This is also mandatory to execute personal spot evaluation which will analyse strength
as well as weakness of a person effectively and efficiently. This will assist in reducing the
potential threat as well as weaknesses which can be the reason for the lacking in the
professional as well as personal life of a person. In addition to it this will also helps in
gaining the different types of the skills and capability is which will assist in achieving the
completion of the project and work efficiently and because of this a person will get good
grades in there examinations. Also I focus in creating a specific timetable for me which will
assist me in accomplishing growth in my professional life and can make me more disciplined
in my personal life as well.
1.2 Identification of the transferable skills I have already developed by
attending this module
These skills are very mandatory for all the person that can support in effecting them
optimistically. In addition to it all of these different types of the skills are needed in all the
future professional field in the life of the individuals either if it is in their professional life or
in their personal life as well. Also such different kind of the skills and capabilities are known
to be essential and very crucial for the growth. As it will assist in assuring that a person can
be more capable to grab specific job position in their personal life. In addition to it this also
represents that anytime if I I’m needing any type of the direction and suggestion these type of
transferable skills is known to be most helpful for me (Travers, 2022). Moreover to this at the
time of focusing and working on my career goals these skills are known to be very usual as it
will enable me in accomplishing my goals and objectives for the long period of time. Also
such different set of skills are just like that interpersonal skills, problem solving, management
of time and many more skills.

and the workplace

At the time of educational purpose a person is in requirement of several set of skills
that provide assistance to the men completion of the task, interacting as well as attaining
suitable result. On the other hand the different set of skills that needs in the personal life of
the people are also very essential in order to exert more control on the day to day practices of
the people. In addition to it I required to adapt time management skills as well as writing and
effectual researching skills as well (Pospisilova, 2018). This will provide assistance to me at
the time of my studies which will lead to making the projects and doing the suitable in depth
research of the assignment. Moreover to this I am required to opt skills of time management
in order to manage my personal as well as academic life and also maintaining my time in
accordance to my required priorities.
