INTRODUCTION
Academic knowledge is very essential in the life of student as
it helps in taking crucial decisions in life. Professional
development is a process of making collaboration with the
faculties for enhancing the learning process of the
individuals(Ashar, Kamdi and Kurniawan, 2021). The
presentation focuses on personal academic and professional
development. The challenges which arise in the study of
business management are discussed along with professional
practices which help in addressing the issues.

Challenges faced by the business management
students
The study of business management course provides various
information and knowledge about the areas of business.
There are different managerial practices which are adopted
in the businesses along with some phases of establishing an
enterprise. Business management is a very popular field for

improve
The most essential skill which I will work on developing is Time
management skills. This skill will help me in both academic and professional
success. These skills are very important in submitting the tasks and
assignments on time. This also improves the efficiency and effectiveness in
the personality of the individual. The effective management of team is also
linked with good time management skills. It helps in collaboration and
coordination with other members of the team.
