Section-A
1.0
2) Moodle- To develop Moodel the best model is ADDIE model. This model is used to fabricate
Moodle. For development of Moodle PHP is also used which is a coding tool and helpful for design
Moodle.
This is a learning platform which is designed by using different smart tools. Moodle code executive
is one of such tool which makes the task of its development and design simpler (Zhuravskaya,
Petrova and Enikolopov, 2020)
4) MS office- The development of MS office is being carried out using some methods. There is a
theory which is known as Visual Basic or Visual C# is used to develop MS office.
There are number of methods but the foremost method used for the design and development of MS
office and its various components such as MS project, MS word, MS excel etc. are UNIX operating
system which came into existence in the year 1983 (Meeker and Wu, 2018)
2.0
DSS
IT is a computer program which is having ability to enhance the decision making ability of an
organization. With the progress of time it became a rigors need of organizations to make decisions
in smart manner. This task can be simplified with the help of DSS which stands for Decision
Support system. The system is driven by different things such as data driven, model driven,
document driven etc. (Nauman and et.al., 2020)
For example- GPS route planning and data driven Dss. These are used by organizations for making
their decisions more accurate.
ESS
this is a form of management support system which is intended to facilitate the senior teams or
management to make decisions. The best part it gives access to both internal and external
information which are relevant to make higher decisions.
Examples- Speculative information system and Confidential report system.
TPS
It is a form of information system which is used to collect, store, modify and retrieves the relevant
data transaction of an organization. This is higly significant since now the organizations are
working to make better employee records, the records of their payrolls, manufacturing related
information, shipping information etc. these all aspects can be managed using Transaction
processing system.
For example- Sales order entry system, payroll system (Sadeeq, and et.al., 2021)
MIS
This is the system which is used to support the higher management of an organization. It paves the
way forward to make information at management level so can eradicate all managerial perils and
can pave the way for greater organizational performance. The upper management of an organization
is supposed to make decisions in such manner so can make the entity thrive. It is only possible with
the help of proper application of Management Information System (Srivastava and Khan, 2018)

For example- financial planning system, group decision support system.
KSM
This is a system which is used to improve, collaborate, understand, process or align with certain set
of knowledge. Which may be highly useful for an organization in making decision for growth and
progress. This can be defined as a kind of IT tool or a system which is intended to perform range of
tasks pertaining to knowledge. With this regard a systematic process is followed so can make the
knowledge management task simpler.
For example- Evernote knowledge base and Canva knowledge base are such tools which are used
for knowledge system management.

globalization can be defined as the process of bringing the world together under a single ceiling in
order to bring better interactions in many ways. Over the time, it has been grown and now world in
nothing but can be defined as a common market. IT can be cited as one of the most powerful thing
which made globalization process hyper and eradicated all those potential barriers which were
hindering its way to come up and get emerged as a global dynamic (Alouffi and et.al., 2021)
In other words, globalization is a process of bringing alignment in different economies, cultures,
geographies, populations etc, which is intended to fetch betterment in the lives of these all.
It has put ample changes on the world but some of the most comprehensive changes are as-
Wider market- It would be a justifiable point to make that the IT-sector made a bigger market when
IT came into focus. Earlier the market size was quite limited which was impacting all forms of
business. IT changed this practice and brought the world closer. Now it is so handy to share
different thoughts, practices handily. IT broadened the market size now the (trader) of one nation is
able to trade its goods and other items to other nations in simpler manner (Gai and et.al., 2020)
Simple transactions- With this help of IT, it is no longer a tough nut to crack. Now different
languages, cultures, economies and range of other dynamics are getting shared. The transactions
process got simplified. Now the online transactions are becoming quite simpler. On a single tip it
can be proceeded.
Knowledge transition- Earlier it was not possible to transmit the knowledge with that much freely.
With the help of IT, it is so feasible to exchange the best practices. The fact can not be rejected that
this is leading cause of globalization. Internet made the task handy to ensure hyper knowledge
transaction. The social media platforms such as google, you tube etc. are utterly depended on
internet (Tummers, Kassahun, and Tekinerdogan, 2019)
Section-B
1) Internet-
The best example of digital infrastructure is Internet. Which is nothing but a revolution of the 21st
century. This digital infrastructure changed all the notions. Internet can be defined as a connection
which brings different computers and systems together. Internet can also be simplified as a global
computer networking system which enables variety of tools, and stakeholders to come on one place
and share their ideas, information etc. in real time mode. Internet is nothing but the one of the most
significant aspect which is behind all communicational progress and endeavour (Talón-Ballestero
and et.al., 2018)

Internet can be defined as a worldwide system of the computers which create a network for different
computers so can bring them all closure. Internet can also be defined as a tool which is behind the
globalization. Over the time the dream of fetching the world community together has been marked
up with the help of internet. Keeping the above evaluation in mind the advantages and
disadvantages of this infrastructure are as below-
Advantages-
It has empowered the speed of globalization. With the help of search engines and digital
tools, application it is so simple to get collaborated and making globalization task faster.
Earlier the task of collaboration was not easy and affordable but with the help of internet it
is feasible and affordable (Kieser and Kubicek, 2018)
The best part is that the business operation task has become very much simpler. It can be
managed staying anywhere and can even reflect better outcomes.
Now information transaction process is very much simpler and cheaper. There are range of
such tools, specifically search engines which are used by organizations and individuals to
gather ample amount of choice.
Disadvantages-
spam and violent things are one of the biggest issue. If internet is not protected with
appropriate tools then it may cause some spam type of perils. The information of
organizations are highly confidential so this may bring sever outcomes.
Data leak can be sited as another drastic issue which impacts its efficiency. The
organizational performance hugely depends on their efficiency of communication which
may get hindered by some undesired things.
With the progress of time it is also seen that dissemination of misinformation is anther
disadvantage.
The organizations are now misusing internet for taking undue advantages such as tax
evasion etc. which are easy to carry out with the help of internet.
2) Cloud services-
cloud services can be defined as wide number of services which are delivered on the demand of
companies or sometimes customers with the help of internet. The main thing is that these services
are designed in such a way so can provide affordable and accessible application to the users.
There are numerous examples of cloud services such as google app engine, openshift, cisco webEx
etc. these are intended to fulfil different needs of customers so can help them to do their work
efficiently (Daneshvar Kakhki and Gargeya, 2019)
Advantages-
the biggest advantage is that it helps collaboration work. There is need to have collaboration in the
present practices which can be achieved by cloud services.
It provides flexibility to the workplace. Since by using cloud services flexibility notion can be
imparted.
There is another significance is that with the help of cloud services the work of reducing IT-cost
becomes simpler and organizations can use it for their benefit.
Scalability is another great advantage it offers.
Disadvantage-

one of the biggest disadvantage is that the data loss. Now the organizations are more likely to
produce bulky data but if they are heavily depended on could service than may lose it.
Service attacks or hacking is anther dimension. Overdependent is not much good notion since there
are ample scope of hacking (Yee and Waseem, 2020)
Insecurity is the dimension which can not be rejected. Using cloud services come up with sense of
insecurity.
Technological vulnerabilities are some drastic issues have been seen happening with the
organizations using cloud services.
