INTRODUCTION
The personal and professional development relates to throughout the career manage
yourself and continue growth & learning. It is important for development in your personality and
its helps in higher education learning. In this report detail analysis of higher education learning,
importance of HE, skills, tools and technique of higher education learning.
MAIN BODY- REFLECTION
It can be stated that higher education provides after the secondary level it is also known
as tertiary and Post-secondary education. It is provides in universities, colleges and in the formal
learning it is the last stage. It is the higher level of secondary education it not only provides in
colleges and University but also uses in technically special areas and at training schools. In the
Higher Institutes of education such as universities and colleges it functions the first one is
education, contribution toward society and research. (Hooshyar, and et. al., 2019 )The main and
first motive of higher Education Institutions are provided good education and research in
different area and more contribution Toward society whatever learn from the education and
research. The level of higher education is advanced and the education give knowledge about that
how to do research and how to contribute towards society by the research learning of the new
things.
Through this research I am able to understand that there are various skills that are
required by higher education learner such as critical thinking and problem solving ability. For
instance critical thinking helps in finding innovative and creative ideas related to the way
particular topic can be learned for better outcome. The are various skill need for the HE learner it
develops their effective team working skill because leader-ship is very important for manage the
company. To work with the team managing and coordinating the member is very important any
analysis and identify the member skill after that apply at right work. (Michelsen, and et. al.,
2017)The academic writing skill it should be proper because it read at universities and college
and always be in formal style so for HE learner should have good academic writing and
communication skill so that reader can understand the information given by the writer.
From my point of view HE learner should have proper presentation skill so that it help in
that how to present the information for college, universities student and also for professor so that
they can understand the information and achieve the success. It also needs team working skill
that how to work with the team and hoe to coordinate with the team so the targeted objective can

be achieved properly with the whole team efforts. The HE learner must have knowledge about
the good communication and IT skill because good communication skill is necessary it uses for
universities, colleges also technical and training course. The IT skill is necessary for adjust with
the today digital and modern era so that learn new IT skill and give information related to this
provide to reader. The problem solving and decision-making skill is also very important for
training course and for management course there are various type of conflict arise between the
employee and the manager of the organization so for that they have to know about the problem
solving tools and technique and solve the matter and maintain healthy relation also know about
the decision-making skill to take a better decision and good decision for the organization.
Higher education learning very important it helps in the preparation of career and
achieving the goal. According to my point of view some people are fully sure about their career
and their preparation of career in advanced they sure about their career and give full importance,
but some people are not decide their career and not know about their skill that in which have to
go or not and not planned anything. (Munge, Thomas, and Heck, 2018)The higher education
provide helps to both type of people specially those who not planned their career and confused so
it analysis with the different technique, tools to know about their skills and area of interest it,
also provide knowledge and training to those people who planned their career. Higher education
helps in personal development the personal development can be stated that development in
yourself for continue growth and learning all are not relates with career some are important for
fulfilling life. As per my point of view it helps in skill identification such as new ideas, thing,
skill with the different tools, technique and also communication skill is improved by writing,
speaking and work on smart project and provide training so by that communicate and introduce
yourself very effectively.
As per my view learning higher education is important for personal growth and
independence because learning new thing, generate new idea and creativity increase the personal
growth and by that getting good job which relates to our area of interest and also earning good
income so increase the level of in dependency. Learning higher education it increases the level of
Employability. In the current modern era competition is increase only qualification is not enough
because the economics move ahead on competency based requirement and more focus on
experience, skill and knowledge. The higher education institute is important because the
Universities and colleges should provide employment opportunity, internship to their students

and make tie up with the company & industries also they provide training to their students so by
that they personally and professionally developed. HR learning increases the thinking ability.
My own skill is that I am friendly with the technology so that I have a passion to learn
every new tools and technique that increase my knowledge. (Subhash, and Cudney, 2018)By the
online class provide higher education because due to COVID many student cant go there
colleges and provide the online education to their students but some HE learner not friendly with
new technology and use traditional method of technology. The tools and technique that helps in
expanding knowledge of higher education with the use of power point making the video so by
that presentation skill is improved and for online lecture using the zoom application also
Microsoft one note that helps in maths based course and with the help of Kaltura recording the
lecture.
CONCLUSION
It can also be concluded that Higher education writing should be with the format it. It
should be included description the experience of the topic also mention thoughts feelings of the
experience and after that proper evaluation of the topic and then analysis it with the conclusion
and action plan of the topic. HR must have all the skill like communication skill, academic
writing skill, team work skill. The HR learning is important for personal and professional
development by that it improve our skill and provide advantage to the organization.
