INTRODUCTION
The innovators are defined as the person who used to do something different in the
market that has never done before. This makes to create and have new idea that helps them to
grow in the market. The current report will outline the skills and knowledge required to be an
innovator. Further this report will provide a reflection on the knowledge and skills to evaluate the
performance.
MAIN BODY
Skills and Knowledge required by innovator
A innovator s the individual or the group of individuals that used to ave new idea or
create something new that has never done in the market before. They used to take risk in order to
grow in the market (Haglund and Fuller, 2019). Successful innovators are always wondering and
questioning in the market as hey used to provide the learning to other individuals. There are
some skills and knowledge that helps the person to become a successful entrepreneur in the
market. The skills are described below:
1. Observational skills: In order to be become the successful innovator the person
must have these skills. By staying tuned to the macro environment it helps them
to know and observe the market. The innovator must do the observation of the
market that makes them to know about the new and innovative things that can be
done in the market.
2. Curiosity: The successful innovators are basically inherently inquisitive. They
always used to do questioning and have the feeling of curiosity in order to learn
something new from the market (Mirvis and Googins, 2018). They used to learn
new and innovative things from the market that makes them to bring new
creation.
3. Openness to failure: The innovators are always ready to face the risk and failure
in the market. As they used to bring the new and creative thing in the market they
are not known that this will provide them profits or not. There focus is to get the
new opportunity in the market that helps them to grow.
4. Innovative thinking skills: As the innovator itself denote that the person must
have the best innovative skills. This skill helps them to grow in the market by
dong something new that has never done before in the market (Stoffman,

them to do something new in every aspect.
5. Written presentation skills: In order to become the successful innovator the person
must have the written presentation skills. These skills helps them to write the best
innovation and implement that in the market (Audretsch, Eichler and Schwarz,
2022). This skill used to speak the mind of the person and helps them to express
their opinions and intentions.
6. Time-management skills: This is one of the most important skill that the innovator
must have. By having the proper time management skills it helps them to bring
the innovation timely in the market. By ding something new in the market helps
them to become the successful innovator in the market. By measuring the time
and doing innovation helps the innovator to grow in the market.
In order to become the successful innovator the person must set the strategies and apply
those in their learning and research of the project. The innovator used to face lots of problems in
the market and this puts them in risk in order to become successful in the market. The successful
innovator is realized by having the successful creativity done in the market (Dedehayir and et.al.,
2020). As an innovator my imagination thinking skills are good which helps me to think
something new and innovative. If the person is doing something good and that is beneficial for
the market then they must grow in the market. By doing the innovation the person has the ability
to grow in the market and have newer and creative ideas. My time-management skills are not
good which I need to develop in order to become the successful innovator in the market. The
successful innovation of the market includes the turning of ideas into reality, creation of values,
resolving the business problems by having the new solutions (Koushik, 2019). As an innovator I
used to get an opportunity in order to get successful in the market by expressing the new ideas.
By doing the innovation it helps me to develop my innovation thinking skills which will help me
to become the successful innovator. I must make the time for myself that helps me to have the
best critical thinking. As my written presentation skills were also not god which I need to
improve in order to become successful in my learning.
The innovators has various opportunities present in the market that helps them to become
the successful in the competitive market. In order to do so the person must in which area he has
to do innovation and what are the trends in the market (Gloor, Colladon and Grippa, 2020). The

innovation opportunities helps the person to identify the areas and resources that helps them to
do the development in the market. I have to develop my understanding in order to achieve
success in my career. By having the proper time management skills it helps them to bring the
innovation timely in the market. To develop the opportunities I have to be curious about the
learning of new things and ready to face the risk by having the innovation in the market. By
practising something new and innovative makes me to devlop my skills and helps me to become
the successful innovator.
CONCLUSION
From the above report it is concluded about the skills and knowledge required to be an
successful innovator. Further this report has evaluated the reflection on the knowledge and skills
to evaluate the performance of the innovator. In order to become the successful innovator the
person must have the time-management skills, innovation thinking skills, critical thinking skills,
etc. The innovator also have the various opportunities in the competitive market that helps them
to grow and makes them have practice in their learning.
