Question 1: Explain one thing you learned from doing your business plan and presentation.
The one thing which is learned by me during the business plan and presentation is how to present the information
or I can say my presentation skills get improved. While preparing business plan it is very important to present the
information in simplest manner so that everyone understand what is required. Clear and specific point’s help in
executing the things in the desired manner and duplicity of work get removed. In presentation also it is essentially
required to present the data in simplest form whether it is in slides or while presenting in front of audience.
During the presentation message is effectively conveyed by me and all questions get answered that make them
satisfied and happy. Before presenting the data it is required to go-through with the information gathered and
presented. Business plan requires effective presentation of the information gathered. There are various points
that get included in the business plan such as objectives, goals, strategies, plans to execute the strategies and
other things that need clear and adequate presentation. With the help of the better presentation I can easily
convey the message to the audience (to my team members). In slides I make inclusion of the minimum
information for my reference purpose and explain it because it shows my knowledge about my project.
Unnecessary information or points get excluded from the slides and only major information is included. The
business plan information is segregated in well-mannered so that goals, objectives and other information is easily
understandable by viewers.
Question 2: Explain one thing you learned about yourself by working on your business plan and presentation with
a group.
From the business plan and presentation the thing which I learned is need of effective communication and
coordination. It is essential to build effective coordination within the team so that each activity gets performed
simultaneously. And communication is necessarily required because in the absence of communication there might
be possibility of duplicity of works or team members forget some points to cover. There are various factors that
get included under communication such as effective speaking and effective listening. These two are needed
essentially as with the help of the effective speaking all the requirements get explained in right manner. With this
effective listening helps in getting the exact information which is rendered by the speaker. With the effect of these
skill sets I and my group effectively complete the business plan. Every team member builds adequate level of
coordination within the team that helps in getting the set targets. It was observed that my communication skills
are good enough in team work as I am able to communicate the message in right manner and make others
understand in the same manner. With this I am able to understand the queries or doubt information shared by
the team members. During the presentation also I am able to communicate the message in the right manner and
make the audience understand what I need to communicate. So while working on business plan and presentation
I get to learn the need of the communication and coordination as it helps in the successful completion of the
project.
Question 3: Describe your own performance in the group. Focus on your communication with team members, your
contribution to the business plan, and your contribution to the presentation.
My performance in the group is at satisfactory level. All the information is shared adequately by me with the team
member and plays effective role in business plan. While preparing the business plan all the required information is
gathered and shared with other team members. Communication involves different aspects such as active
speaking, active listening, gestures and many more. My communication skill is good enough as I am active listener
as well as active speaker. All the information was well communicated by to the team members so that they
arrange them in respective manner. In the presentation all the information get segregated and presented in well-
