This report explores the application of the DIKW (Data, Information, Knowledge, Wisdom) framework in analyzing data related to the concept of 'Grit' and its relation to academic achievement. The report uses both primary data, collected through questionnaires, and secondary data, referencing Angela Duckworth's work on Grit. Quantitative methods were employed for data collection and analysis, including thematic evaluation and statistical representation. The findings indicate a positive correlation between Grit and academic levels, with respondents generally agreeing on the importance of perseverance and passion for long-term goals. The report concludes by reinforcing the significance of Grit in achieving academic success and highlights the methodologies used for data collection and analysis.

Within current project usages of DIKW model have been developed for obtaining
information through determining data additionally with driving crucial knowledge as a set of
data which has an applied context, facilitating a huge view of atmosphere. The recent project
further depends upon the work of Angle Duckworth who drives out an effectual research that
discuss about the grit concept and their relations with students academic level. In addition to this,
the present project comprises of explanation regarding data collection for recent project with
determining information depends upon accumulated along with forming Knowledge and
Wisdom.

DIKW framework
Knowledge pyramid, Wisdom hierarchy and information hierarchy are few of the names

developed for data collection as this assists in effective gatherings of data into statistical forms

which has been also formed for recent study that includes data accumulation with assistance of
questionnaires which renders a time and cost effectual way for appropriate data collection. In

primary data renders initial handed information. While secondary data is essential to have

Knowledge
Knowledge is considered as the third level of DIKW model that states the effective data
collection which may develop it much helpful. Moreover, the stage of knowledge in DIKW
hierarchy is regarded as deterministic procedures. When anyone memorises information because

Furthermore, this has been monitored that 7 respondents during survey were have 4
academic levels where 2 participants were having 5 level of academic. This have been evaluated
that nil respondents numbers were have 1 as its grit score while 2 of them tends to have 2 as its
grit score. Along with this, it has been also determined that 4 respondents tend to have 4 as its
grit where as only 2 participants have around 5 as their score of grit.

As DIKW is crucial framework which tends to renders the relation among the data,
information, knowledge and wisdom from that every aspects is undertaken as a step for attaining
highest understanding as well as intelligence level for effectual decision taking. With regards of

As information is derived from accumulated raw information which develops from total
of 10 respondents, 3 belongs from the age group of 18-24 years where as 6 from 25-34 age group
while rest 2 respondents is under age of 35-44 years. Additionally, this has been determined
based upon recent study which the whole 10 respondents were in favour of the fact that Grit
represents the passion and perseverance power level into person as well as student which leads
towards developed success. In addition to this, this data have been derived from present study
numbers of participants were nil that have around 1 and 4 as academic level where as only 1
respondents have 2 academic level. Furthermore, this has been monitored that 7 respondents
during survey were have 4 academic levels where 2 participants were having 5 level of
academic. This have been evaluated that nil respondents numbers were have 1 as its grit score
while 2 of them tends to have 2 as its grit score. Along with this, it has been also determined that

CONCLUSION
In addition to this, secondary information is depends upon research performed through
Angela Duckworth that renders explanation regarding grit concept as their effectiveness is
passing the CRAAP test. Apart from this, primary information has been accumulated with
assistance of questionnaire by aids of e-mail for data gatherings form respondents chosen from
classmates and other students.
