Section 1: Taxi Service Project Plan
1) Scope Statement
This project has been focused on Taxi Service System. This project has described all the
components in the Taxi Service System. This document has helped in describing all milestones and
deliverables included in the project. The detailed information about various parts of the project has
been mentioned [1]. Different milestones including developing process, requirements, resources,
implementation details and meeting details have been mentioned. Risks and threats involved in the
project have been explained in the project. This project has been an android application for online taxi
service system. There will be three end of the project application including taxi driver end, passenger
end and admin end. The project will use MySQL as a database.
2) Technique used for identifying risks
Risks identified in the project has been mentioned below. Authors have used risk severity matrix
for identifying and analyzing risks involved in the Taxi Service System project.

This project has been focused on the Taxi Service System. The project is mainly an android
application related to Taxi Service management system [3]. The stakeholders of the project are
mentioned below:

Taxi Service system is a mobile application project will be developed for passengers and taxi drivers.
This application will connect passenger and taxi drivers directly using GPS system. Earlier passengers
have to wait long for getting a taxi. The availability of taxi on time has been a big problem for
passengers. Therefore, this project has been focused on connecting taxi drivers and passengers [4]. The
outcomes and results of the project will benefit both the taxi drivers and passengers.

Section 2: Ethics and decision making
Executive Summary
This report has been based on a real life case study in an organization. The case study has been
focused on a new trainee in an organization looking for going on a study leave. However, there has been
a problem with senior trainee member as being on sick leave. There has been a task of the senior
trainee that has to be done by the new trainee in the organization [2]. However, the task has a
complicated one and manger has refused to provide any kind of support. Along with this, the new
trainee will be penalized if the task is failed after the deadline. Therefore, there has been a violation of
codes of PMI and ethical decision making. There has been use of ethical code of OMI in the scenario.
The results will be in a positive side of the new trainee as there has been violation of employee rights
and rules. A suitable decision has been made in order to resolve this problem.
Introduction
This report has been focused on the ethical code of PMI and ethical decision making system.
This case study has been a real life case of an organization among a new trainee, senior trainee and
manager. Being a trainer, I have been provided a complicated task of my senior trainee as he is on sick
leave [6]. However, I am not been able to complete the task within deadline. I have reached to my
manager for any kind of consultation and support related to the task. However, the manager refuses to
provide any kind of support. If I try to complete the task within deadline but fails in completing that, I
will be penalized after my study leave. This report has been focused on the ethical code of professional
conduct and ethical decision making framework. This report has referred to various PMI codes and
ethical decision making framework to analyze this problem in the organization. There have been several
code of PMI used in this analysis report related to the case study.
Ethical analysis of the case
The case has been referred to an ethical issues in an organization. The new trainee has been
unethically allocated a complicate task of another senior trainee. The manger has declined to provide
any kind of support to the new trainee to complete the work [7]. Therefore, this has been an unethical
behavior of the manager towards the new trainee. The ethical issue has been raised and violating the
codes of PMI. The penalty that is to be imposed on the new trainee if the task fails has been also an
ethical issues in the organization [10]. The manager need to be responsible to provide support to the
new trainee so that he can complete this complicated task within deadline without a failure.

In the case that the work done by the new trainee has failed or not up to the mark, the company
has to lose its clients in the market. The company might be in loss due to the failure if the complicated
work. Therefore, there is an extreme need of supervision and support to the new trainee to complete
this work within deadline and without failure [15]. However, for the new trainee, it will be a problematic
situation for the career in the organization. The new trainee might be penalized for the loss of the
company after the study leave. Therefore, it will be a miserable condition for the new trainee.
My key duties for the company is to complete my tasks within deadline that help in the growth
of the company in the market [13]. However, for completing a complicated task, I would require
assistance and support from my higher officials. However, I have not being provided with assistance
from my manager. This has been an ethical issue in the organization and behavior from the manager of
the company [5]. My duties have been revolving around the benefit of the company in the market.
However, I have to complete this task within deadline without any fail. This would help me to boost my
confidence and trust of my company on me and my career.
The PMI Code of Ethics have been focused on the ethical rights of the employees in an
organization. In this case, the manager has been breaking the Code of Ethics. The manager is not ready
to help the new trainee in the complicated work of a senior employee. As the task does not belong to
the expertise level of the new trainee, the manager cannot allocate that task to the new trainee.
However, if require, the manger needs to provide proper training and guidance for completing that
complicated task of the senior trainee [11]. Therefore, the manager has been breaking the
responsibility and fairness ethical code of conduct. According to this code, responsibility is the duty for
taking ownership for the decisions made or fail to make. The decision taken by the manager has been
against the ethical code of conduct [12]. The new trainee must not be responsible for the failure of the
work as the new trainee was not expertise in that work along with no support and training have been
provided to him regarding this.
Recommendation
It can be recommended to the new trainee that he need to consult with higher authority than
the manager and convey this problem to them. The senior level management might be able to
understand the problem of new trainee and provide him better solution. The senior management might
take action against manager for breaking the PMI code of ethics in the organization. The new trainee
might get rid of the complicated task or might get help and support for completing the task. It is also
recommended to the new trainee to ask for extra deadline and support for completing the task without

a failure. The new trainee might also ask for not penalizing him if the task get failed after the deadline as
he has no expertise on this field and also a trainee.
Conclusion
It can be concluded that the distinctive achievements including creating process, prerequisites,
assets, usage subtleties and meeting subtleties have been referenced. Dangers and dangers engaged
with the undertaking have been clarified in the task. This undertaking has been an android application
for online taxi benefit framework. There will be three end of the undertaking application including
cabbie end, traveler end and administrator end.
