I am assistance manger and i have worked for the Dragon Net Consulting SRL which is
recycling company in Romania, and they are one of the most reputed recycling company in the
Romania (Choi and Lee., 2017). I was working as part-time assistance manger, so I can increase my
experience in this company and this was my best decision because the manger I was working with ,
having 10 years of experience and this was my plus work. I have learned from him that how we can
mange employees and how to guide them, so they can help to achieve objectives of the company. In
the starting of my days in the company I was afraid of work and giving order to the employees but
my senior manger motivate me and give proper counselling which help me to motivate and with the
time I develop this skills in me. I started taking inter4st in this job and I wanted to become a seneiot
manger because Dragon Net Consulting SRL companies manger was very intelligent, and he was
having every kind of skills which is needed for the masers to handle the management in the
company (Dazai and et.al., 2016). He was the best and right motivation for me and I wanted to
become like him.
In those two years of experience I have learn managerial skills such as planning for the
company, recruiting, managing and many more. I have developed one more skill which is impotent
for the every manager which was decision-making in the company and making new strategies for

To improve my collaborative skills, I will develop my adaptability skills to gain the
changing situations and work in that situation effectively (Kozlov., 2018). I will focusing on the
maintaining and building the trust in the organisation. I will take necessary actions to reach the
consequences of team member conflicts, for that I will developed my problem solving skills. For
the effective collaboration, it is very essential for the person to improve their self awareness. For
improving my self awareness, I will used to follow the regular guidelines of organisation and
organisational structure. I will also establish a effective level of analysis, control and structure. I
will also focusing on improve my team management skills to create a positive environment in the
organisation's workplace. For effective functions of group work, I will also adopt the training of
improving communication skill, team management skills, guiding skills etc.
CONCLUSION
From the above report, it is concluded that the effective career planning and development
various skills and knowledge are required for any person. For the becoming the assistant manager
of the particular organisation, a person should have a many skills such as self knowledge, self
management skills, commercial awareness, communication skills, collaborative skills etc. The self
knowledge skill is essential that encourage the person to develop and enhance their knowledge

through various sources. It is a great skill to improve the knowledge and learning ability to become
a specialist. The self management skill helps the people to manage all their activities within a
specific period of time and a very effective manner. Effective communication is very necessary in
any organisation to develop a positive environment in the workplace. The commercial awareness
helps the people to enhance their knowledge by important details and information. Collaborate
skills is necessary to effectively manage the teamwork. It assist to improve the group work and
eliminate the conflict that can occurs between the team members.
