Reflective Summary
I have learnt so many things during module such as the way in which information
gathered and utilised. In the beginning it was difficult for me to understand different types of
academic development by university and again English is not my first language which again
created number of challenges. There are number of times which I forget to recognize things even
hand written notes were missed by because of improper organizing information. Then I took help
from my room share student, he told me that it is better to take photos of work produced during
webinars, lessons, workshops etc. and hence I take it as a trick to understand and recognize data.
It really helps me a lot and even my score improved after organizing information in photo
graphic way. In the module our faculty told us to do SWOT analyses of individual so that we can
understand various types of strength, weakness, opportunities as well as threat (Pluchevckaya,
Varlacheva and Andrienko, 2017). I come to know that communication is one of the biggest
problems that I am facing and need to work on it. Another challenge that noticed from SWOT is
my note taking qualities which are very poor and even I am not able to understand what was
written by me and hence it was continuously affecting my work till I tool help from college mate.
There are number of problems that I recognize such as poor software skills which can affect my
future growth and hence it become necessary to do things in organize and effective way.
However, number of strength that I able to know in me through it such as leadership quality
which makes number of followers of mine, Problem solving skills which help me in taking
decision on time. Most important skills that I recognize are Team management skills in the
module. These qualities help me in corporate world where organization wants multiple quality
people so that they gain competitive advantage in changing business. Professors also help us in
the module to create personal development plan which help me on working on our weakness For
example: I have decided that will improve IT skills by 2021 with help of couching and self
training (Hallal, HajjHussein and Tlais, 2020). It is very effective and helps in achieving higher
goals on time and prepare for corporate world. I also share my experience how I am able to focus
on my career plan during pandemic such as I take help of lecturers and friend for online learning
platform. During COVID lockdown I came to know that Artificial intelligence playing important
role in changing business and it becomes important for me to focus and understand it. Created
account on LinkedIn which build by my contacts for corporate and even they told, will give
reference when I will apply in their company. I also join job portals where number of people
