Personal Mission Statement
I consider work as the key to balance life. It attains crucial importance, as it would allow
the individual to serve others and to make a difference with his /her presences. The wok is an
opportunity that will allow me to follow the path of success. It allows to gain meaningful
experience and to gain new talents. Work is a significant responsibility that has to be completed
with the collaboration of fun and learning.
I believe in potentially utilizing the gift of intellect, hopeful and charismatic personality
given by the almighty. I attain the trait of being delightful and amusing. My cooperative quality
builds contentment among the people. It had enabled me to construct a fine relationship
throughout my life (Stawicki, 2013).
I want to contribute my quality traits to the welfare of the organization and to enhance
self-esteem. I interpret success as being able to learn from personal mistakes. I am desirous to
gain effective knowledge from varied human resource. I wish to surpass my learning to the
limitless individuals in the environment. My charismatic personality would enable me to become
a mentor as well as to establish harmonious relations with peer human resources prevailing in the
environment. This would help me perform the role of an inspirer. I attain a strong desire to
enrich my personality and to become a salient human resource. This would lead me to transform
myself and to be considered as a prime asset by the principal authorities (Vozza, 2019).
