CLIENT PROFILE
Jack is 50 years old person, very active and lot of hard work doing on regular
basis. The client jack stand up on most of the day and walks around in the
construction sites. In this way, it has been identified that he was doing a lot of
physical activities. Due to pressure of work, he was stressed all time in the
workplace. He tries to have managed coordination in its health lifestyle.
Sometimes, he goes out in different places such as park with families, spend the
time and taking some rest. Usually, he was not face any kind of health issues
and feel pain in their body.
TREATMENT PLAN
I will recommend the better treatment plan for client such as massage, where
they can feel so much relaxed and help to reduce stress level. Generally,
massage can be consists of 6 different parts of body. I have requested the
massage service provider where they can help to me give a better treatment. So
as, I can improve my own ability or capability.
TREATMENT
The treatment will be done in left posterior leg and back.
LEFT POSTERIOR LEG
Before starting the left posterior leg massage, I started placing the towel to
expose the client whole left posterior leg and applying an oil through plan and
warn my hand. Afterwards, I have started to do massage with 3 effleurage to left
posterior leg and then 3 effleurages to hamstring of left leg. Sometimes, I am
using double handed picking up and using alternative palm to follow the
procedure by circular motion. I have repeated the massage movements over
lower leg and also effleurage technique applied in 3 times. Mostly, I have been
used my thumb to perform the massage in proper manner.
RIGHT POSTERIOR LEG
Before starting the right posterior leg massage, I started placing the towel to

posterior leg and then 3 effleurages to hamstring of left leg. Sometimes, I am
using double handed picking up and using alternative palm to follow the

used my thumb to perform the massage in proper manner.
BACK
In order to start the massage on the back, I warmed by hand up and also
dispensed oil on my hands. Generally, I have performed effleurage to entire body
of jack within 3-times, it means that help to get warmed as possible and then
ready for massage. Afterwards, I am used to move towards hand picking and
each side of my back. Through this way, I have been followed the procedure and
reinforced palmer kneading technique or method. This type of technique will help
for improving the base of scapulae and done within 3 times. I am using thumb to
do follow the procedure and continued to use movement up on either side of
spine to neck. This type of different steps are followed and give a better
relaxation in step by step manner. Afterwards, it has been followed by reinforced
stocking around the client scapula and on same side. I continued by doing
massage around the border. So as, it could be have done more efficiently with
the help of palm and fingers. In most of cases, I have found that client preferred
medium pressure. So I have tried to keep in mind and then give slowly massage.
After that I have been repeated the same action and provide a better treatment
on right side of back. These kind of activities are performed in 3-times in which
client enjoyed very much. At last, I have finished by tasks and doing an
effleurage to entire back, smoothed the entire back portion through forearms.
RIGHT ANTERIOR LEG
The treatment will start by giving client a massage on his right Anterior leg with
effleurages over whole leg and followed by turning the leg and also doing
massage on the legs. Afterwards, I have continued to hold left anterior leg and
massaging his deltoid 3 times. Sometimes, I followed doing three effleurages on
the anterior and turn my client’s leg over and kneaded with my thumb.
Generally, I started the process and then to do thumb kneading between
metacarpals doing a digital kneading around the joints. Gently, I followed the
procedure and repeat 3-times.
LEFT ANTERIOR LEG
I started placing the towel in order to give a massage on the left anterior leg.
The treatment procedure will be started by giving client a massage on his leg
Anterior leg. This is the best way to effleurages over whole leg and followed by
turning the leg and also doing massage on the anterior legs. Afterwards, I have
continued to hold left anterior leg and massaging his deltoid 3 times. Sometimes,
I followed doing three effleurages on the anterior and turn my client’s leg over
and kneaded with my thumb. Generally, I started the process and then to do
thumb kneading between metacarpals doing a digital kneading around the joints.
Gently, I followed the procedure and repeat 3-times.

CLIENT FEEDBACK
After successfully completing the massage treatment, Jack as client must felt
the massage extremely relaxing. He found that reduce the stress, pressure on
his body. Usually, client was expecting and he was found that happy to have
another massage as soon as possible. On the basis of experience, I have found
that client become so much happy with service of massage. I have examined
that massage service is basically inspiring or motivating the client. Because
client may feel so much excited and I thought it meet their expectation level.
HOMECARE ADVICE
I am giving the client as better care advice or suggestion leaflet. Generally, he
was told me to drink a lot of water after doing massage.
