the computer systems, which provide enhanced level of performance to the user. Moreover,
the technology in association with certain devices tends to provide technological innovations
in the near future (Guihot, Matthew and Suzor, 2017). The four most important innovations
that this technology in intended to be effective in recent times are stated as follows:
 The implications of the technology in the Chatbot market enhances the service level
of the customers as well as providing a great level of satisfaction among the
consumers (Iliadis, Maglogiannis and Papadopoulos, 2016). This technology when

implied to the Chatbot service it is observed that the customers are facilitated with
enhanced level of satisfaction regarding the services.
 The implication of this technology in the machine learning sector enhances the
marketing brands to perform smarter works within the environment of the project

pertaining in the project as well as mitigates them with the help of this technology.
 The efficient usage of AI tools within an organization helps the employees to work in

Strengths: The airline is having a global presence regarding the other airlines present in the
domestic market. It is one of the most significant contractor of defense regarding the ongoing
business of the US Government (Flouris and Oswald, 2016). The Boeing 737 has collectively
brought the airline groups that are likely to be comprised of pilots, maintenance employees,
engineers, as well as operational leaders. The airline was designed to deliver the disciplinary
flights within the domestic markets. This airline continues to provide safety as well as
reliability to the passengers availing the airline facility. The improvements in the sectors of
efficiency and safety has encouraged its usage to the different passenger all throughout the
world.
Weakness: It is said to be the fact that according to the case study it can be depicted that the
