people in their projects such as manufacturing, engineering and construction which helps in the
completion of the project. There are three different stages of waterfall model which involves
requirement, design implementation, verification and at last maintenance. TFL takes the use of
the first stage which is of requirement of the various documents while constructing homes, a
software architecture is utilised to design the project and implement it. This can help the people
to manage the different functions in an effective and efficient way. The next stage is of
verification , where all the stages and the products and raw material are been checked properly in
order to manage the various functions. The last stage is of maintenance which is used to keep a
check over the performed task in an effective manner. This can be assist in increasing the
productivity of the employees within the organisation. The profitability can be increase by
following the each stage and the use of the software. (Fernandes, and et.al., 2020).
SCRUM – This is the another methodology of the project development and also in order to
develop software and deliver value to the customers. In the other words, Scrum is the project
methodology which is used to work in an collective after building team and managing the
various task. This is the model which is based on the three principles such as transparency,
inspection, and adaption that supports to complete project. It is been analysed that at the first
principal Transparency TFL can visualise inputs, outputs and steps of development process. The

The diagram which is designed with the aid of the computer and the use of software in a
graphical form which is defined as the network diagram. It is an necessary for each individual
who is handling the project and it is important to decide the implementation of network diagram
by managing network documentation. In context of the current scenario , the network diagram is
designed with the proper project management while considering all the stages of the project
which is related to constructing homes and celebrating event.(Sanz-Llopis, and Ostermann,
2020). The network diagram for the scenario or the project is explained below:
.

The form of network diagram is being prepared by following this:
Early Start Activity Number Early finish
Slack
time
ACTIVITY NAME
Late Start Duration Late Finish
In critical path it has been recognised that while doing the project subsequent activities
are given in brief which would take time in accomplishment. As per investigation highest time
taken activities is assumed that more than 1 week. According to this basis, highest possible time
taken activities are 1,2,4,5,9,10,21 and 22 which will take maximum time to complete the
project. Moreover, the project will complete in 116 days.
