This project proposal aims to identify the effectiveness of workplace transformation in increasing employee performance and productivity within Boohoo Group plc. It explores the need for transformation in the digital age, the roles of flexible workspaces, and the challenges faced without such transformation. The research will employ a positivism philosophy, deductive approach, and descriptive research design, utilizing quantitative methodology with probability sampling to gather data from 30 managers at Boohoo Group plc. Frequency distribution analysis will be used to evaluate the data. The project includes a literature review, research methodology, and ethical considerations, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations. The findings will contribute to understanding the impact of workplace transformation on employee outcomes within a digital environment.
