Book and Board (B&B) is considered as a high street travel agency that focuses on
providing three types of services to its customers in order to attract a wide rate of customers. The
three types of services include travel plans, hotel and travel packages and along with that, there
are complete holiday packages as well which includes all the basics as hotels, flights etc.
Although there are enormous number of services being provided by B&B, still, there is a need to
take the business online by various means such as through means of social media networking,

destination, second priority will be a place to reside. For that, customer have to book a hotel.

application, they can provide the information. It will help customers to choose even more easily
