(Westgren, Sonka and Litzenberg 1988).
There will be times in the international countries that the weathers may be extreme cold or
extreme hot in such weathers the company must try to product a different variety of products
like some hot chocolates or coffee or tea which will help the company to attract more
customers than usual during winters or summers (Chen, Yueh and Liang 2016).
The company must make a decision to incorporate these and a strategy that is based
on diversification must be developed which would help the customers get a new variety and
types of products.
Conclusion
Therefore, from the above discussion it can be concluded that there are certain companies in
the market which do not participate or they do not even have the capacity to decide whether
to enter the market or not. It is very important to have an analysis over every aspect be it
internal or external as it will help in better understanding and decision making for the
company and also help in making the decisions precise.
The environment in which the organization is present is not stable and the policies are also
very tough to understand. If the company wants to stay in the market with the same or
constant quality and also in the innovation in the product and services then the campaigns
that involve intense advertising and a deep research of market is required.
