Assessment 2:
Introduction:
The members of the organization had been working excessively and in the month of
September. Hence to confirm the health conditions of the employees, the organization wanted to
know the working hours. In the report, there had been a huge misunderstanding as different
managers showed different hours of work (Williamson, & Friswell, 2013). Even the break time
that the employees had included, were different in the reports of different mangers.
Fatigue Analysis:
The report of HR managers show that each of the workers had worked for 180 hours a
month along with break time, while the marketing mangers has shown that 190 hours a month
have been spent by the employees, without any intermittent breaks. This is a huge disparity. On
the other hand, the estimation showed by the operations manager was approximately 100 hours
along with the breaks which is quite less, also, the estimation of the administration officer is also
very less (Williamson, & Friswell, 2013).
Problems of Fatigue:
Fatigue usually takes place because of the lifestyle factors and it is associated with a
number of problems or consequences. The consequences start with developments of Anemia,
Diabetes, Sleep Apnea, and Concussion and gradually can lead to chronic kidney disease or
infections and even to cancer.
