While using project life cycle in business case a supervisors faced both positives and
negative aspect of each stage in operating business activities. The managers have effectively
focused on providing reliable product to their customers(Greene and Stellman, 2018). There are
various theories and models that are adopted by line manager for critically identifying issues that
have been generated for introducing more CSR activities for workforce of company.
The effectiveness of PLC is been measured on communication process, which are
considered to be an most important factors for forecasting unique feature in each and every phase
of project life cycle. If it is talked about BPC electronics, line managers have majorly give
emphasis on improving performance of staff members by engaging them in various tasks by
providing transparent flow of information between each team. These initiatives taken by line
manager will allow workforce to build a strong mutual relationship with each other when doing
any work. The line managers have used wave models for analysing effectiveness at each stage of
PLC. These important stages are mentioned below:
Requirement: When identifying every resources that are required for operating any
business activities for any organisations. The line managers of BPC, have implemented CSR
activities, taking in consideration very first stage which is project initiations in project life cycle.
In this stage it has been identified that estimating of financial budget is very critical because it
took lot of time for allocating of budget in conducting these activities.
Product design: This stage revolves around designing a new product with unique size,
shape and colour that could attract potential buyer towards the good. In regards with BPC, the
supervisors have used this stage in project planning phase of PLC cycle(Kerzner and Kerzner,
2017) (Leach, 2014). While analysing the second stage it has found to be effective in planning
for unique activities for a workforce in an organisations.
Implementation: This stage include actual implementation of operating any business
activities in an organisation. In context with BPC, managers found implementation as an
effective tool while executing any work in company. It helps in improving employee relations
towards the brand. This will help in improving sales margin in manufacturing industries.

Testing: This stage revolve around testing a product in small sample for improving
quality of product within an organisation. In regards with BPC, line managers have focused on
testing activities on workforce to review their behaviour towards an organisation. The testing
phase also help in improving performance of employee's. At execution phase the testing found to
be effective in expanding business.
Development of system:This stage include the desired objectives that have to be
accomplished for growing any business. In context with BPC, the managers have to give
emphasis on improving relationships between workforce, by providing monetary and non
monetary benefits(Nicholas and Steyn, 2017). Also leaders should taken in consideration that
flow of operational activities should in systematic manner. The leader should follow democratic
leadership style in order to manage the work force and engaging them in different activities
within an organisations. This will help in increasing satisfaction level of employee which will
effectively result in increasing brand loyalty towards company.
Maintenance: In this stage it is necessary to produce effective two way communications
for managing operational activities within an organisation. In regards with BPC, supervisor
should focus on building mutual trust between employee, so that they could effectively produce
the work(Luo and et. al., 2016) . It is necessary for leaders to regularly monitors the performance
and attitude of workforce while working with other members as a unit. When required the
managers can provide training session to each individual for improving their skills. These
initiatives taken by line managers will help to achieve competitive advantage from rivalry in an
industries.
As per above discussion it has been analysed that each stage of project life cycle has
found to be effective building strong relationship between workforce by satisfying them with
monetary as well as non monetary benefits. So that they can collaboratively work with other
members as unit for producing quality product. The effective utilisation of all resources will
result in satisfying customer by delivering quality product and services. This initiatives will
allow leaders to improve sales profit through positive marketing in sales promotional activities
in target market.
