INTRODUCTION
Business process is determined as linked activities that find its end in delivery of services
and products to client. It is also considered as set of task as well as activities which completed
once in order to accomplish a company objective in successful manner (Borkowski and et. al.,
2019). The main reason of developing this report is to understand effectiveness of business
process for developing the successful e business. Along with this, it will also cover information
related to business process improvement in case study of Jordan. Topics covered in this report
are analysis of BPI methodology, does respective methodology is relevant for companies and

Business process improvement is determined as management exercise in which leader or

respect of Jordan case, business process improvement is effective because through that they able
to get numbers of benefits. That will include identification of problems and deficiencies in

well as it will also help in improving business process in successful manner. It will also help in

limited innovation which directly or indirectly impact on the business operations related to

different methodology in order to expand their business and run it effectively. In order to attain
this objective a company management may adopt BPI (Business process improvement) because
through that they can identify deficiencies as well as problems in effective manner that help in
