In the assessment, I enjoyed my workings and responsibilities effectively and complete
on time. In this project I played role of dividing entire parts of assessment among various group
members. Mainly, I was working as supervisor and allot work to people according to their
responsibility and skills. In this, I played main role of leader who influences all members to work
hard and perform all types of workings in the modes to complete assessment. As per my role I
create positive environment and present all the activities in effectively. My all the family
members help me in proper planning and coordination on stimulated time period. Moreover, I
took responsibility to make presentation and preparing business plan related to the new venture.
Working on business plan also helped me in considering distinct essentials which are necessary
to introduce the new venture in the proposed location. I played the role of leader and other
people were working according to their allotment. I was taking responsibility of this assignment
and take interest in this business project. With this project I want to increase my skills at broad
manner and learn different activities that add on my employability skills positively.
Creating Group Report along with team working
As a leader, it is important to motivate group members to create steps towards the main
work that is creating group report which is one of critical task as to collect all members at one
place and analyzing their workings. When I was working with my team members, I felt that
without proper instructions they were not working and require to proper communication with all
the team members. During the assignment we were facing the communication problems due to
lack of information of communication methods. For this, I planned to set different meetings so
that group members can properly devise reports in groups without replicate words that are not
necessary. To devise group meeting also emerged as critical work so all members planned to
attend meetings as per the allotted work. After the meeting, working in team improved my
innovation, helped me in becoming flexible, providing support network and boosting my conflict
resolution skills. I analyzed that in starting of creating reports, all group members were
motivated tin performing tasks. However, with passage of some time, they were not interested
much in doing tasks. In this situation, I influenced all through providing them rewards which

motivated all to share desired information and complete allotted undertaking with fuller
efficiency.
Group meetings and participation
Conferences also organized as good for me in Assessing the ways that other participants
completed their own role together side assessing group course work through the duration of the
advancement. In class meetings, many discussions were produced about different topics by
which engaged people exchanged notions in addition to notions about this issue. The very first
meeting which I attended was introduction about the subject and also allotment of significance to
its examination. Further, I engaged from the next motivator in that conversation has been done
concerning models utilized in feasibility to the business enterprise. Here in I accumulated details

In this meeting discuss about the various factors that direct impact on the business

different models that helps to increase performance of an organisation. I can analyses various
types of various information that provide advantages in my potential activities also when I will
address my organic juice in front of every team member. Eventually, by doing so, I also had little
time dedicated to controlling the outer world and still facing crucial occurrences. Nevertheless,
the entire community leaders have made tremendous attempts to interact with either the case and
have succeeded in reorganizing all people's points.
Individual contribution in order to develop the study
As a motivator, I can motivate all the team members in regard of their activities and
provide different ways when they are facing problems. It supports their morale and easily share

their information with me and I can guide them for the right way so accordingly they are taking
right decision. Many times I can control their activities when they can make mistakes in regard
of project research and control all the activities. I also take supports from other participants who
can work on particular project effectively.
Final reflection
My expertise in group projects that I have gained would help me in functioning in an
organization where I can share the knowledge and data required to reach goals with everyone. In
turn, I have managed to approach people with a strong national identity and context that could
allow me cope with specific employment issues in specific ways. As per the research I can learn
different things that how can motivate people in different condition along with how to provide
right way in regard of particular manner. It is required to focus on all the activities that analyze
the different situations as per the requirements. My future plan become a leader in Multinational
organisation and serves my responsibilities effectively. Along with I want to handle big
assignment and lead to my team in proper manner where I do not make any mistake and
complete the project in particular period of time. Moreover, I face many challenges but I can use
my strength and answer all the difficulties.
