How can Brexit Company integrate into E-commerce by use of Business Process
Reengineering?
Introduction.
Re-engineering in the context of the business processes or activities usually denoted as BPR
standing for Business Process Reengineering. It is considered to be a process that relates to
company performance improvement. The goal of Brexit Company is to achieve maximum
improvement (Jovanov, 2016). Ideally, many organizations in the current era have been using
BPR to integrate into E-commerce. It is not advisable for any organization to just go directly and
use BPR without understanding the guiding principles which make Reengineering possible.
Brexit needs to understand that reengineering its existing system means that they are moving to
modernized business systems.
Plan and Methodology
This study will major on trying to give solutions to one significant question. “How can Brexit
Company integrate in to E-commerce by use of Business Process Reengineering?” ideally for
one to understand this in a more perspective way, it is advisable for one to give solutions to the
above question by performing a thorough literature review so that one can understand what is
needed and entailed in all aspects. Notably, the use of the literature review will be categorized in
two categories which are the principles of Reengineering in business and the way such principles
will help the business to integrate its adoption to E-commerce and improve its performance. In
understanding the two topics, Brexit can be able to make the best decision on whether to use the
BPR to integrate E-commerce.
In making the research more interactive and life, there was a need for an interview with Brexit
staff. This will help to know the requirements in terms of the business processes and thus make
informed decisions with regards to the responses given by the members participating in the
interview.
