nursing management to determine who will take care of the patient after the discharge.
According to several studies, it has been observed many patients die or return to the hospital due
to inadequate palliative care at home. However, patients with neuro-oncologic diseases require
high-quality care at home (Pace et al., 2014). Then, the nurse should prepare a diet-chart for the
patient with the nutritionist as the nutrition contributes to the healthy body, which is very
important for a good recovery. Social services play an equally important role in the recovery of
the patient. Therefore, the nurse should concentrate on social services interview for the patient to
improve his emotional well-being.
