beverage company. The following section will discuss the influences of organizational behavior
on the maintenance of healthy workplace environment and the role of motivation and
empowerment in ensuring sustainable business for BreadTalk.
Organizational behavior relates to the actions and behaviors of the employees within the
workplace. It also defines the environment of work which is directly related to the behavior of
the employees (Bauer, et al. 2018, 163). Moreover, the environment of the organization can have
positive or negative impact upon the organization’s behavior as the employee behave ethically
when they are getting positive working environment, supportive guidance, reduced work
pressure and also getting motivated which not only improves their behavior but also leads to long
term profitability of the company (Grant, O’Connor and Studholme 2018, 1-23). Thus, it can be
said that improvement in the work environment can lead to increased job satisfaction and
improving the productivity of the company. Similarly, Breadtalk has undertaken various
programs which includes training and redesigning of the works and technology deployment. The
company has also good retention techniques which ultimately increases the morale of employees
and creates positive working environment and thereby contributing to organizational behavior.
